253 Shi Qian, Close the Door
Shi Qian quickly propped the wheelchair up and steadied Fu Sinian’s legs.
“Young Master Fu, why were you so careless? You’re not injured, are you?”
“It’s late and you’re not sleeping. Can’t you say something important in the morning?” Fu Sinian asked.
“Were you going to open the door for me? Is that why you accidentally fell?”
“Yes!”
“But the door wasn’t locked. You let me in, so I came in.”
“I don’t remember leaving the door unlocked.”
Shi Qian looked at his sorry state and said apologetically, “I’m sorry, Young Master Fu. Shall I help you up?”
Fu Sinian wanted to stand up himself and push himself up to try. It didn’t work.

Shi Qian turned and searched the closet. When she saw the small blanket she had brought back from the hospital, she hesitated and covered Fu Sinian’s legs.
“Cover up. Don’t catch a cold.”
Fu Sinian didn’t refuse.
Shi Qian looked at him with concern and uncertainty.
“Young Master Fu, has your leg not recovered very well? Did Dr. Bai say anything? How long will this situation last?” Shi Qian asked softly.
“There’s nothing wrong with the test results. My leg is normal. As for when it will pletely recover, Jianshen can’t be sure.”
“This alternates between good and bad. It’s quite torturous.” Shi Qian felt that Fu Sinian’s tolerance was too strong.
A good person had bee like this, and such an outstanding person too. Now, he couldn’t even stand steadily, but she had never seen him lose his posure because of this.
Fu Sinian suddenly reached out and brushed past Shi Qian’s ear.

“Thank you,” she said, but her eyes averted to the side.
“I’ll have to trouble you to acpany me for a while longer.” Fu Sinian’s gaze was locked on her.
“It’s no trouble.” Shi Qian shook her head.
“Shi Qian, can you close the door first? I’m worried that the old master will see the light in our room and e over to see me like this and worry.”
“Okay.” Shi Qian got up and closed the door.
She returned to Fu Sinian’s side and sat down against the bed.
