Her name was Gu Xi and she was Rong Zhan’s wife.
“Sinian, eat some fruit.”
“Thank you,” Fu Sinian said softly.
“Ah Zhan, eat more dragon fruit for your digestion.”
“Yes!” Rong Zhan immediately replied.
Gu Xi smiled, revealing two shallow dimples. “Take one now.”
Rong Zhan’s face immediately revealed a pained expression.
“I knew it. You agreed quickly. Actually, you’re trying to fool me again.” Gu Xi picked up a piece of dragon fruit and fed it to Rong Zhan.
Rong Zhan immediately ate it.
Fu Sinian looked at the loving couple and couldn’t help but think of his time with Shi Qian.
There were warm scenes, but it felt like there were mountains and seas between the two, unlike Rong Zhan and Gu Xi who were so intimate..
