"What, what are you doing?" Ouyang Yu asked in a panic.
"Taking off my clothes!" Zhang Xiaohao said matter-of-factly.
"Ah! I’m warning you, don’t ss around," Ouyang Yu said.
"You big-headed ghost! Brother Hao is a conservative person," Zhang Xiaohao said, annoyed.
"Then what are you doing?" Ouyang Yu asked incredulously.
"Your actions dirtied my clothes; do you expect to keep wearing them?" Zhang Xiaohao said.
"What about just now?" Ouyang Yu pressed.
"That was compensation for treating your injuries!" Zhang Xiaohao stated seriously.
"Bastard! Give back my clothes," Ouyang Yu demanded coldly.
"They got torn while I was treating you," Zhang Xiaohao said.
"What am I supposed to do now?" Ouyang Yu asked, fuming.
"Wait here, I’ll go get you sothing," Zhang Xiaohao said.
He entered the bedroom, casually grabbed a set of clothes Zi Shu had changed out of, and threw them on the sofa.
"Turn around!" Ouyang Yu ordered coldly.
"Jeez! What’s there to make such a fuss about," Zhang Xiaohao dismissed.
The mont he finished speaking, a wine bottle flew towards him.
Zhang Xiaohao dodged smoothly to the side.
Thump!
The wine bottle imdiately shattered.
Zhang Xiaohao chuckled and sat down on the opposite sofa.
That mischievous look in his eyes.
"Hmph!" Ouyang Yu huffed softly.
She had no choice but to turn around.
"Bastard! I’m asking you, what is this all about?" Ouyang Yu suddenly roared.
"If you dislike it, throw it away," Zhang Xiaohao shrugged and said.
"Hmph!" Ouyang Yu huffed coldly.
Inside, she utterly despised Zhang Xiaohao, that bastard!
The more she thought about it, the angrier Ouyang Yu felt.
A few minutes passed.
Ouyang Yu put on her clothes and sat on the sofa, her face cold as she stared at Zhang Xiaohao.
Zhang Xiaohao ignored her, treating her as if she were air.
He began to drink wine on his own.
"Ah! The tal piece! Bastard, where did you get this tal piece?" Ouyang Yu exclaid breathlessly as she looked at the tal piece on the coffee table.
"It’s yours, isn’t it!" Zhang Xiaohao said.
"Hmph!" Ouyang Yu huffed coldly and solemnly put away the tal piece.
"I need your help with sothing!" Ouyang Yu said.
"I’m busy!" Zhang Xiaohao refused outright.
"Then why did you do that to just now?" Ouyang Yu demanded angrily.
"I’ve already told you, that was your compensation for saving you!" Zhang Xiaohao said.
"I don’t care! You have to help ," Ouyang Yu demanded unreasonably.
"I’m tired and going to sleep," Zhang Xiaohao said, standing up and walking toward the room.
"Stop right there!" Ouyang Yu huffed coldly, blocking Zhang Xiaohao’s path.
"I know I’m handso and charismatic! Especially to you worldly-naive won, I’m like a poison, luring you all in! Tell , what exactly do you like about , can’t I change it?" Zhang Xiaohao said.
"Bastard, go die!" Ouyang Yu roared angrily.
Anger driven, she raised her foot to kick Zhang Xiaohao.
Zhang Xiaohao casually caught her right foot in his hand.
"Bastard! Let go," Ouyang Yu said.
"Are you sure?" Zhang Xiaohao asked teasingly.
"Hurry up!"
"Hmm," Zhang Xiaohao nodded and released his hand.
Ouyang Yu’s body imdiately lost balance and started falling toward the ground.
"Ah!"
Just as she was about to hit the ground, Zhang Xiaohao swiftly grabbed her right hand and pulled her up.
"Hehe, you can’t bla for this!" Zhang Xiaohao stepped back and said.
"What will it take for you to lend a hand just once?" Ouyang Yu asked, sitting on the sofa.
"If it’s your business, considering our friendship, I could be persuaded to help just this once. But if it’s about Guan Qingxue, you’d better not ntion it," Zhang Xiaohao said seriously.
"What if I ntion it anyway?" Ouyang Yu asked.
"Turn left when you exit the door and stay where it’s cool!" Zhang Xiaohao said.
"Why be so petty?" Ouyang Yu said annoyedly.
"Why don’t you try it?" Zhang Xiaohao teased.
"Hmph!" Ouyang Yu huffed coldly.
Silence fell.
After a while, Ouyang Yu finally spoke.
"If you’re willing to help, I’ll give you this!"
As she spoke, Ouyang Yu took out the black tal piece she had put away earlier.
"Sorry! I have one of those too," Zhang Xiaohao said.
He reached into his chest and pulled out his own black tal piece.
"Ah! Where did you get this thing?" Ouyang Yu exclaid.
"Of course, I picked it up! What, did it fall from the sky?" Zhang Xiaohao rolled his eyes and said.
"I want to hear the truth," Ouyang Yu said with a stern face.
"I got it from soone nad Guan Renjian," Zhang Xiaohao said.
"No wonder! The black tal piece you have must be from Guan Martial Arts Hall," Ouyang Yu said.
"Guan Martial Arts Hall, huh?" Zhang Xiaohao said, frowning.
"Yes!" Ouyang Yu nodded gravely.
She looked earnestly at Zhang Xiaohao for a mont before continuing.
"A hundred years ago, the Guan Family was an extrely powerful clan! The family had many experts, but then overnight, for so unknown reason, all the experts disappeared! Without the strongbacks, when enemies attacked later, the Guan Family, relying on its solid basis, managed to kill those enemies. However, it was severely weakened and split into seven branches: two direct lines and five collateral lines."
"There are eight such black tal pieces, each guarded by the head of one branch!"
Pausing for a mont, Ouyang Yu continued.
"Once all eight pieces are gathered and assembled, they can form a map. According to the map, it is said to unlock the Ancient relic left by the ancestors of the Guan Family. Ideally, the seven branches should work together to open the relic inherited from ancient tis; however, human nature is the most unpredictable!"
"First, Miss’s parents died mysteriously, then the second branch ca to power, seizing control of the Guan Family. Following that, the attitudes of the other five collateral branches started to change, and thus, the matter has been delayed like this."
