As the final bell rang, the students of Sakuragaoka High School eagerly spilled out of their classrooms, their voices echoing through the hallways. The school grounds buzzed with activity as students poured out into the sunny afternoon. The sports teams could be seen practicing on the fields, their enthusiastic shouts and laughter carrying across the campus. In the gymnasium, the basketball team ran drills, their rhythmic bounces and swishes filling the air. Over in the music room, the gentle lodies of the school band drifted out, a soothing contrast to the energetic buzz of the campus.
In one corner of the school, the literature club gathered under a shady tree, their books spread out before them as they discussed their latest reads. Nearby, the art club set up their easels, capturing the vibrant campus scene with paint and brush. The school clubs buzzed with activity, each with its own unique rhythm and energy, a testant to the diverse interests of the student body.
Inside the Ani Clubroom.
Akari: "Okay, everyone, settle down! The festival is only three weeks away. Kenji’s quiz show idea sounds good, but we need more details. What kind of questions? What prizes?"
Kenji: "I was thinking multiple-choice, covering shows from the 70s to the present. Maybe small manga volus as prizes?"
Hana: "Ooh, I love that idea! But maybe we should also have a visual round, like identifying characters from screenshots?"
Emi: "Yeah, and maybe so voice acting challenges! I’m pretty good at imitating Sunmaiden!"
Yumi: (Giggles) "Emi, your Sunmaiden is... unique."
Ryo: (Looks up from his phone) "I could help design so cool graphics for the quiz questions. I’m pretty good with Photoshop."
Daisuke: "And I could help with the sound effects! I have so really good ani sound effects on my computer from Astro Warriors. It’s seriously amazing!"
Akari: "Excellent! So, we have the quiz format, visuals, voice acting, and sound effects covered. What about decorations for our booth?"
Hana: "We could make giant cardboard cutouts of popular ani characters!"
Emi: "Or a photo booth with ani props!"
Yumi: "I can help with the decorations. I’m good at crafting."
Kenji: "And I can handle the technical aspects – setting up the projector and sound system."
Ryo: (Smiling slightly) "I can help with that too. I’m pretty handy with tech."
Akari: "Fantastic! Everyone’s contributing. Let’s break into smaller groups to work on specific tasks. Kenji, you can lead the quiz question team. Hana, Emi, and Yumi, you’ll handle the visual and voice acting parts. Ryo and Daisuke, you’ll be in charge of the technical stuff and sound. I’ll oversee everything and organize the booth design."
Daisuke: "Sounds like a plan! I’m really excited for this!"
(A general murmur of agreent fills the room.)
Just like that, after discussing the important things and assigning tasks, the club mbers started talking freely.
"Did you guys watch the new ani last night?" One of them asked.
"Which one?"
"Sword Art Online!" Ryo exclaid, "I’m telling you, this ani is aweso. At least, the premise of it is interesting."
"Yeah, tell us about it."
Ryo’s eyes lit up at the ntion of Sword Art Online, this unknown ani that managed to surprise him with its visuals and story last night. "Yes, Sword Art Online is incredible! he began, his enthusiasm evident. "The basic premise is that players are trapped in a virtual reality MMORPG, and if they die in the ga, they die in real life. It’s a thrilling concept that explores the dangers of technology and the resilience of the human spirit."
The club mbers leaned forward, captivated by Ryo’s animated expression as he continued. "The first episode was intense. It introduced us to the main character, Kirito, and showed the players’ initial reactions to realizing they’re trapped. It sets the stage for an epic adventure, and I can’t wait to see how the characters overco their dire situation."
Ryo gave an overview of the first episode and his own opinion about it, and at the end of it, everyone had the desire to watch the ani themselves to see if they would have the sa opinion as Ryo about it.
"Sounds like a great ani. Which streaming platform is this ani on? I’ll watch it when I get ho." Yumi asked.
"That’s the amazing thing, guys!" Ryo said with shining eyes, "I knew you guys would want to watch when I told you about it. So, when I went to search which streaming platform they were working with, I was shocked."
"What’s going on?"
Ryo enjoyed their anxious expressions before finally revealing his news, "It seems like the company that produced this ani created their own streaming platform, and the platform is ani-exclusive! I signed up last night, and I couldn’t believe their collection of anis. There are many more anis than on any other streaming platform!"
Everyone couldn’t help but gasp when they heard that. But their eyes quickly started shining as well, for ani aficionados like them, an ani-only streaming service was like a dream coming true!
"No way!"
"Show us the catalogue, Ryo!"

Ryo laughed as he pulled out his phone and showed them the app, "Here, you guys can see the catalogue. The na of the streaming is Kuramaroll."
The club mbers crowded around Ryo, their eyes wide with anticipation as he navigated through the Kuramaroll app. The interface was sleek and user-friendly, with a vast library of ani titles on display. Yumi’s fingers flew across her phone as she quickly signed up for the service. "The subscription plans are so affordable! And they even have a student discount. I’m definitely signing up."
