"Okay lets increase the speed again then move the flas to the left" then I move a bit barely dodging a spell that I don't know what was, it doesn't have any signature features of belonging to any elents, all it has is a gray color that seemingly absorbs everything it lands.

With so many rings of blue fire moving in continuous motion it created a perfect counter for Dominos' endless pillars and moving tentacles. I change my stance intending to stack another technique to the one that is currently active.

"Hmm?" I suddenly pick sothing, so without hesitation I move my blade to counter whatever is flying to .

The mont the strike connected, the explosion of energy cracked the cave's ceiling, sending veins of the dark matter into the air, scattering like brittle roots under fire. The wave of flas shoved back the abyssal like pillar, and for a mont I saw him.

Dominos with his arms raised, struggling to reforge the spell mid-collapse. It seems that Alicia was doing great even with all the boost our enemy has it still can't penetrate Alicia and Jeremiah's combine effort. His spells that ca raining like bullets were being cancel by the two in such a fast rate that it could even overwheld him.

I couldn't help but smirk, and since I was presented which such opportunity I grab it. I summoned the power I had gathered from the heavenly bodies and used it as a fuel to empowered the sword. A faint hum can be heard as if the sword is accompanying the will of its master. The falling debris suddenly stop in motion as the power of my technique fall on them. "Explode" I whisperered and just like that the falling teors turns into balls of bombs that blew up simultaneously. What ca after my attack was a shockwave that blew everything, the mountain where the cave is in was turn into a field of flas.

I then flew up to where Alicia is, and the mont I left the place where I was standing before was devoured by the mysterious spell he had been using.

I could hear his voice but sohow it resembles Nirvana's more probably because it was his flesh and bone that consist that body.

So that thing houses one of the fragnts, but why I think it looks strange.

I look back at Alicia and made a gesture that I got it, on the other hand she just smile at understanding what I ant. My body montarily disappear, I don't really need to guard her since she is well protected what I need to do is finished the fight fast.

My eyes glow even more and now I could see the flowing shades that represents the spells he is trying to cast. With my eyes enhance by the system I was able to see how the gem in his heart pump more power into the grimoire, casting more spells in inhumane speed.

"That gem is the problem" I tried to close the distance to create the proper distance to my attack but the damn foreign power kept on hindering .

"That thing is back again" I see where the tentacles will land and where the pillars will appear but I what I couldn't see it, the opening I need to reach him again.

My only problem is that the firepower of my current technique is not enough to penetrate Dominos' newly created defensive barrier. If I use my spells I can probably do it but with Nirvana's flesh capable of absorbing anything I can only rely to the power from the outside just like what Dominos are doing with this dark matter.

It might seem like I am repeating my technique but there is another two layers. I saw it while the slash glided like wind into the heart of the enemy's defense, the grimoire raise multiple spells to defend but then upon contact my skill Disintegrate activated and turn the spells into the nothing. With its attempt to defend failed I saw Dominos panicked a bit not expecting such thing to ever occur.

"To think he rely so much on that grimoire"

Though Dominos lost his composure a bit he imdiately co up a way to stop my attack. A grosteque aura ca from his body it was sohow similar to the dark matter but more sinister. It tried to intercept my attack but just like before it was reduced to nothing by my skill. My attack finally reach Dominos and with no other option he tried to use the power from the world to block .

"What?" I could hear his bewildered disbelief that he was okay despite having my attack but I could only smirk. Because a second later he realized what happened. The gem that is resting in his heart was destroyed by my strike. The source of his endless supply of energy is now gone. Which ans his spells will no longer put pressure on Alicia and Jeremiah.

"That one annoying thing is gone" as soon as the power of the world disconnected the power of the tentacles and pillars decrease, though I ma not sure how he is using the world energy to strengthen this foreign power but its still good its no longer as annoying as before.

"Now it should be easy" I retracted my sword ready to render Dominos' his possession of the fragnt.

This fight should end after a few swings but then I guess I was very complacent.

It seems the grimoire is still hiding its true power. I imdiately gear up and fortified my defense. With my eyes clear as ever I saw him.

His hand twitched, and from his side, the grimoire opened with a snap.
