Daniel had to explain for Naruto once the plane was in the air, and though Naruto still was confused about space, the others got the idea. They were beyond dumbstruck when they heard his premise.
"So you think aliens exist?" Gozu couldn't help but ask.
"Daniel.. According to you.. What are we?" Rei instead of answering, asked Daniel.
"Uh..." Daniel didn't know what to answer and was stumbling with words.
"Laura.. You are learned and know where we ca from.. What do you label us as?" Rei turned his head and asked Laura, who was taken aback by the question. Dude, I just joined you whole lot. How am I the person you are asking this?
"Uhh.. I don't know.. Aliens maybe.." Unlike Daniel, who still had so lingering fears, but Laura was more open now and could say what she thought. After all, Rei had just made her famous. One couldn't help but be grateful.
The response of Laura, struck all the otherworld-ers, except Rei.
"How are we aliens?" Sasuke asked.
"Any creature, coming from outside this planet is terd as aliens. So we are aliens to them and the humans here are aliens to us." Rei replied. This made everyone go into deep thinking.
Rei was right. They were aliens. While they went into deep thought and discussed among themselves, it was ti for Laura to write her new book. Rei had already decided what that next book would be.
When he looked into the available books in the world, he noticed sothing extrely important. This universe had Star Wars. But it didn't have Harry Potter.
Which honestly felt criminal. Thus civilization needed correction.
The private jet continued soaring through the skies while clouds stretched endlessly outside the windows. Naruto remained glued near the glass while occasionally asking if the plane would explode if birds hit it. Daniel had long since stopped answering seriously.
anwhile Laura finally settled properly into the luxurious seat beside Rei while taking out a notebook instinctively. Since Rei had said that he would give her a new book, which would be greater than the current one, it gave her lots of enthusiasm.
"So?" she asked curiously afterward. "You have another idea?"
Rei nodded lightly.
"Yes."
Kakashi imdiately looked over his book slightly afterward.
"…Another?"
He was into books, so of course he was curious. Would be like Jiraya-sama's classic? Even Sasuke was interested after hearing the story of Project Hail Mary. He didn't care about book but the imagination of Rei was absurd and horrifying. He thought of things, they have never even cared to ask questions of.
"Alright," she said excitedly. "Tell ."
And thus… one of the greatest literary empires in human history prepared to descend upon MCU Earth.
"It starts with a boy." Rei began calmly. "An orphan."
Naruto imdiately looked over afterward. Honestly, orphan protagonists imdiately attracted his attention like magnets.
"The boy lives with abusive relatives who treat him horribly." Rei continued. "Until one day he discovers that he belongs to a hidden magical world existing beside ordinary society."
Laura froze slightly already while writing quickly. Kakashi quietly lowered his book further now.
"A hidden society?" Sakura asked curiously.
"Yes." Rei nodded lightly. "Wizards."
"…Like shinobi?" Naruto asked imdiately.
"Not exactly." Rei replied. "They aren't physically powerful like us and it's more open magic."
"No cool hand signs?"
"…No."
"…Weak."
Naruto's priorities remained questionable sotis. anwhile Rei continued explaining.
"The boy learns he is famous in that hidden world because as a baby he sohow survived an attack from the darkest wizard alive."
"The story follows him entering a magical school hidden from ordinary people." Rei continued calmly. "There he makes friends, rivals, learns magic, uncovers conspiracies and slowly grows while the dark wizard eventually returns."
Rei then went on to explain what the story would be and that it was just for the book. The more they heard about the story, the more dumbstruck they were.
"How can soone just use a wand and throw spells like that?"
"Naruto.. We use hand signs and Kakashi sensei sotis doesn't even need hand signs. And you think wands don't fit the category?" Rei asked. Though Laura and Daniel were confused about the hand signs thing, they didn't bother to ask. They were just as awestruck as the rest hearing Rei's vivid imagination.
The train. The platform. The school which Rei had even drawn. The houses. The professors and their unique characters. The magical animals.
Even the Demon Brothers looked interested now. anwhile Kakashi quietly observed Rei again afterward. Because the scariest part about Rei wasn't rely the creativity itself. It was how detailed everything sounded instantly. Like the world already existed fully inside his head.
"So the school is the main setting?" Laura asked quickly.
"For the first book mostly." Rei nodded. "But it expands. Seven books total."
"Yes." Rei calmly sipped juice afterward like he didn't just casually outline a future multi-billion dollar franchise. "Each book follows one school year while the tone matures progressively."
Now Daniel looked over too.
"…You already planned all seven?"
"Yes."
"…Rei are you secretly insane?" Naruto and Sasuke could only murmur under their breaths.
anwhile Laura had gone completely silent now while processing the implications.
Because she wasn't stupid. Whatever Rei had touched by now had turned into gold. And from the confidence he spoke and even the drawings, she was sure that this would be a major hit. Project Hail Mary belonged to the adult class, but this story was both adult and children, it ant a larger fanbase.
She couldn't wait to start writing. anwhile Sakura looked deeply invested already.
"…Does he beco powerful?"
"Yes." Rei nodded lightly. "But not imdiately. The story is more about friendship, choices, courage and growing up."
That part made Kakashi strangely thoughtful afterward.
Because compared to shinobi upbringing where children got weaponized early, this magical school sounded almost… innocent.
At least initially. Then Rei casually dropped another bomb.
"The final war eventually involves magical governnts collapsing, racism against magical bloodlines, terrorism, propaganda, soul manipulation and mass death."
Silence.
"…Nevermind." Kakashi muttered while reopening his book.

After all of that insanity regarding magical schools, genocidal dark wizards and trains running through walls, the private jet finally began descending toward New York.
The mont the city itself beca visible beneath the clouds, even Kakashi stopped pretending not to stare.
Because New York looked absurd.
Skyscrapers stretched endlessly upward while countless roads and bridges connected the giant city like veins through concrete. Cars moved everywhere while lights reflected beautifully across the rivers surrounding the island. LA was huge too but this was an entirely different beast.
Naruto imdiately pressed himself against the window again.
"…THAT'S A WHOLE CITY?!"
"Yes." Daniel replied calmly.
"…HOW MANY PEOPLE LIVE THERE?!"
"Several million."
"…Bullshit." Naruto whispered weakly.
Even Sasuke looked genuinely stunned now while Sakura had completely stopped speaking. Compared to Konoha, this place looked less like a city and more like an entire civilization stacked vertically.
Eventually after landing and another ntally exhausting car ride, the group finally reached their actual destination.
The ranch.
Or more specifically… the gigantic private property just outside New York City that they had recently bought. The mont the gates opened, Naruto almost scread again.
"…THIS IS A HOUSE?!"
"It is a ranch." Rei corrected calmly.
"…THIS IS A SMALL VILLAGE!"
Thankfully the drivers were under Rei, the sa maids who he had forced before, or else they would have turned their heads at these children by now. The property stretched absurdly far while open training fields, stables, forests and several houses spread across the land. Unlike the Malibu mansion which felt luxurious and modern, this place felt quieter. More isolated. Perfect for training.
"No civilians nearby?" Kakashi imdiately asked while observing the area carefully.
"Minimal." Rei nodded lightly. "Enough privacy for training and experintation."
Sasuke had been annoying Rei about training since the mont Kakashi had spoken of vertical climbing, and wanted to try. Now he finally got the freedom and the ti. He couldn't wait.
Since it was evening, the children were a bit exhausted and wanted to rest. Kakashi went to sleep knowing that the place was safe and isolated, and thus team 7 went to their beds that Rei had given them leaving the Demon brothers.
"You two." Rei spoke calmly. "I have work for you."
Gozu and izu exchanged glances imdiately afterward.
"…What kind of work?" izu asked cautiously.
"New York underground." Rei replied simply.
"Underground? You an the criminals? Of that huge city we ca through?" The brothers asked.
"Yes. I want you to go and run the empire. Of course, you will bring the criminal activity to the minimum and be the dark heroes." Rei said.
"Heroes? We aren't heroes..." Gozu said.
"I know and that's why you will run the underground. Bring rules in the dark empire there." Rei said. "You are dangerous. But right now both of you are also extrely uneducated regarding modern criminal systems."
"You will first study." Rei continued calmly. "How gangs operate. How drugs circulate. How police respond. How caras work. How money laundering functions. Daniel will help you and so will Allied Universal."
