Even here... in another universe... it still worked. Smoke exploded outward.

And suddenly Pakkun alongside several other ninken appeared on the rocky terrain.
"...Yo." Pakkun greeted lazily before suddenly pausing.
The pug slowly looked around the desert mountains afterward.
"...We are back at this new place again?"
Honestly, Rei still found this absurd. The contracts of summoning beasts sohow transcended universes too. Which ant chakra itself operated on principles far beyond simple dinsional limitations. Or was it his contracts? Umm.. Probably the contracts.
Before arriving here, he had already asked his sensei if he could perform his summoning jutsus and they tried and found that it worked. Thankfully though, Kakashi's contract with Rei extended partially toward the summons too. aning even if they understood everything, secrecy restrictions still applied naturally. Otherwise these dogs would've already spread multiversal gossip across the shinobi world.
Kakashi handed the shirt toward Pakkun afterward. The small dog sniffed carefully several tis.
"Hmm... yeah. Got it."
And just like that, the tracking mission truly began.
The ninken moved rapidly afterward across the desert terrain while the group followed silently through mountain paths and rocky valleys. Hours passed.
At tis the scent almost disappeared completely due to sandstorms and dry air, but the dogs continued following the faint trail patiently.
Even Zabuza looked impressed now.
"Those mutts are useful."
Pakkun imdiately turned his head.
"I heard that, shark face."
Zabuza just scoffed at this and didn't say a word. While Haku was fascinated by the sights around him. This world really was wondrous. A world with desert and steep mountains, and also cold, though not bone deep cold, but it was there.
Who would have thought that?
anwhile Naruto was slowly dying from exhaustion because unlike shinobi forests, Afghanistan was basically endless rocks and suffering.
"I hate deserts..." Naruto groaned dramatically.
"You would die in Sunagakure within two days." Rei replied imdiately.
"One day." Sakura corrected, of course she knew geography.
"HEY!"
Still, eventually the dogs stopped moving entirely. Everyone imdiately beca alert. Pakkun climbed atop a rocky ledge before narrowing his eyes toward the mountains ahead.
"...Found them."

Deep inside the cave system, hidden beneath layers of rock, tal scraps and ard guards, two exhausted n continued working under dim light.
tal clanged softly while crude welding sparks illuminated the dark cave. Sweat rolled down Tony Stark's face as he adjusted another piece of armor plating carefully. Nearby, Yinsen continued helping him assemble wiring and primitive circuitry from available scraps.
The fact that this thing even functioned was a miracle.
"...This piece still needs reinforcent." Yinsen muttered while checking the arm section.
"I know." Tony replied tiredly afterward. "But unless your terrorist friends suddenly start ordering premium Stark Industries titanium shipnts, we're improvising."
Yinsen sighed but didn't argue. It had already been nearly two months since Tony got captured.
Two entire months of pretending to cooperate. Two months of secretly building this suit while smiling at n who would gladly shoot both of them without hesitation.
And still... the armor wasn't fully complete yet. Maybe another month. Thirty more days at best. That was Tony's current estimate. Which honestly annoyed him greatly.
Because Tony Stark hated waiting. Still, survival first and complaining cos later.
Suddenly...
Shouting erupted outside the cave entrance. Then ca gunfire. Lots of gunfire. Tony imdiately froze.
"...What the hell?"
More screams echoed outside afterward. Loud footsteps filled with panic. n yelling in the language Tony couldn't understand at all. Yinsen imdiately looked nervous.
"...The military?"
Tony slowly stood up while staring toward the cave entrance.
"Well it's about damn ti if it is." He muttered. "Only took them almost two months."
Another burst of gunfire echoed outside. Tony imdiately groaned afterward.
"...And of course they're being loud about it too."
anwhile outside the cave, chaos continued escalating rapidly. But strangely... the gunfire itself sounded inconsistent. Almost one-sided.
Then suddenly the tal cave door violently opened. Several ard terrorists rushed inside imdiately afterward looking outright terrified.
One of them imdiately grabbed Tony aggressively while another pointed a rifle toward Yinsen with shaking hands. Tony frowned instantly.
"...Okay now that's new."
Because these n usually acted arrogant. But right now? They looked scared.
And then footsteps echoed from outside the cave. And then a child walked inside.
Blonde hair.
Blue eyes.
Whisker-like marks on his cheeks.
Tony genuinely froze for a second.
"...What?"
Even Yinsen looked horrified now. Because standing at the cave entrance was literally just... a kid. A child in the middle of a terrorist base.
Tony imdiately spoke.
"Kid, run."
Yinsen nodded urgently too.
"Go! Quickly!"
Because obviously the terrorists would kill him instantly. But instead of fear, the blonde child suddenly looked excited. Like absurdly excited.
"I FOUND THEM!" Naruto shouted happily afterward.
The terrorists imdiately panicked hearing that. One of them instantly pressed the rifle harder against Tony's head while shouting sothing aggressively toward Naruto. Another pointed his gun directly toward the blonde genin.
Unfortunately for them... Naruto didn't understand a single word.
"...Huh?" Naruto tilted his head slightly.
The terrorist shouted again while gesturing furiously with the rifle.
"...What is this guy saying?" Naruto asked while scratching his cheek. "Is he asking for ran?"
Tony genuinely stared at him in disbelief.
"...Kid, this is not the ti—"
Another terrorist suddenly scread sothing loudly while threatening to shoot Tony imdiately if Naruto moved any closer. Even without understanding the language, the intention itself was obvious.
Yinsen looked terrified.
"Please... just leave..." He tried warning Naruto softly. "They will kill you."
But Naruto instead looked annoyed afterward.
"...Why are they screaming so much?"
And then his hands ford the familiar seal instantly.
"Multi Shadow Clone Jutsu!"
POOF!
Smoke exploded throughout the cave violently.
And suddenly the entire room filled with Narutos.
Dozens, everywhere, behind the terrorists. Even above the scarp piles and on the walls, hanging upside down. Tony's jaw slowly dropped.
"...What."
Even Yinsen forgot fear for a second because his brain genuinely failed to process what he was seeing. One child had suddenly beco an army.
"...Magic..." Yinsen whispered unconsciously.
That was probably the closest description available.
anwhile the terrorists completely lost their composure. So imdiately started firing wildly in panic while others turned around in horror seeing clones behind them.
And then Naruto attacked. Attack would be ek word. The proper word should be a violent assault. Just pure overwhelming Naruto chaos.
"GET THEM!"
The clones descended upon the terrorists like a natural disaster. From punches to headbutts. Everything was on the table.
One terrorist got slamd face-first into the wall. Another got buried beneath five Narutos simultaneously punching him without rcy. One poor man tried escaping only to get tackled to the ground by a screaming clone from above.
Tony and Yinsen could only watch in absolute disbelief. They thought they were hallucinating. What the hell was going on? They also saw how so of the guns got fired but so of the blonde guys just took the shots and vanished into white smoke.
Within barely half a minute, almost every terrorist inside the cave had collapsed unconscious. Groaning bodies covered the floor while Naruto stood triumphantly in the middle of the destruction.
"Hehehe..." Naruto rubbed his nose proudly afterward. "I win!"
Then he imdiately started celebrating loudly.
"HAHA! I FOUND TONY STARK BEFORE SASUKE!"
Tony blinked slowly.
"...What?"
"I told that bastard I would find you first!" Naruto continued proudly while pointing at himself dramatically. "Now he owes a ticket to the amusent park!"
Yinsen genuinely didn't know what expression he should even make anymore.
A magical blonde child had just stord a terrorist cave, multiplied himself into an army and beaten everyone unconscious... because of a competition with his friend.
Reality itself had stopped making sense. But while his celebration was on point, he got distracted and failed to notice.
One of the terrorists near the corner slowly regained consciousness. The man's trembling hand reached toward his fallen rifle. Tony saw it first. His eyes widened instantly.
"...Kid—!"
But Naruto was still bragging proudly.
"I BET SASUKE IS STILL LOST OUTSIDE—"
CLICK.
The terrorist raised the rifle weakly toward Tony. Everything happened instantly afterward. Yinsen realized it at the last possible mont.
Without hesitation, he shoved Tony aside violently.
BANG.
Gunfire exploded across the cave. This ti, on the background of silence. And before the man could direct his rifle and finish the job by pointing at Tony, his neck and temple region was struck by very small fine and long needles.
This made the man stop and die afterwards, almost instantly.
"Haku.." Naruto shouted turning his head.
"You got distracted.." Haku said. Haku had been almost behind Naruto, finishing up the job that this reckless kid had left behind. Naruto was loud and reckless but he wasn't so kind of stone cold killer. At least not yet, and thus he could only beat them unconscious, while Haku made sure that everyone stayed dead.
