"Shirogai, long ti no see…"
Robin, now in her giant form, looked down at Shirogai with a gentle smile. Her eyes then scanned the surroundings, her expression shifting slightly into confusion.
"Where are the others?"
Aside from Shirogai, none of the Straw Hat crew were in sight. Instead, her gaze landed on a familiar blue figure seated nearby.
Recognition flashed in her eyes.
"Oh… aren't you Jinbe, the Knight of the Sea, one of the forr Seven Warlords?"
Jinbe stood and gave a respectful bow.
"I am indeed Jinbe. You must be Robin. From what I have heard from Shirogai and Luffy, I have long known of you. I have recently joined the Straw Hat crew."
He paused briefly, then looked at her with mild surprise.
"However, I was not told that you were… a giant."
There was clear confusion in his voice. After all, Robin's reputation as the "Devil Child," the survivor of Ohara's destruction, was well known. Yet none of those records ever ntioned her being part of the Giant race.
Robin smiled calmly, unbothered.
"Hehe, due to certain circumstances on this island, my body changed. That is why I appear like this now."
"I see…"
Jinbe nodded thoughtfully before turning his gaze to Shirogai.
"So what you told Luffy and Usopp to prepare for… this is what you ant?"
Before arriving, Shirogai had warned them to brace themselves. He ntioned that Robin had experienced sothing unexpected, sothing that altered her appearance.
At the ti, Nami, Chopper, and Sanji had feared the worst.
Now, it seed it was simply an unusual transformation.
"That's right."
Shirogai gave a faint smile, his tone relaxed.
"For Luffy and Usopp, seeing their crewmate beco a giant, sothing they've always admired, it's bound to stir a little envy."
"Huh?"
Robin tilted her head slightly, puzzled.
What truly intrigued her was how Shirogai seed to have known about this long before arriving.
Shirogai t her gaze, a subtle smile forming.
"Don't worry. You'll understand eventually."
He offered nothing more, leaving her curiosity hanging.
In his mind, the explanation was already clear.
Giants were simply humans whose bodies had expanded under the influence of a unique energy. The land of Elbaf itself, along with the Treasure Tree Adam, existed within a stable yet powerful energy field.
That tree, known as the mightiest in the world, constantly absorbed and converted that energy into life force, allowing it to grow endlessly.
As for why such energy existed in abundance, the answer traced back to events from centuries ago.
Why did this world contain so many humanoid races with vastly different forms?
Why did islands exhibit completely opposing climates despite being part of the sa sea?
Why were so creatures enormous while others were unnaturally small?
All of it pointed to a buried truth from over eight hundred years ago, a history erased and concealed by the World Governnt and the Celestial Dragons.
Shirogai had already pieced it together.
But now was not the ti to reveal it.
Shirogai simply watched and waited. The day the truth surfaced would shake the entire world.
Until then, he would not ruin that mont for his crew.
"Hey!!! Shirogai!!"
Luffy's voice suddenly rang out from afar.
"Shirogai! You never told us we were coming to the giant kingdom, Elbaf!"
Rumble, rumble.
The ground trembled as a female giant approached, carrying the rest of the Straw Hat crew in her hands.
Usopp, who had reunited with them along the way, shouted excitedly,
"I can't believe it! The land of giants! The ho of brave warriors! This is amazing!"
He looked around with sparkling eyes, taking in the sight of giants scattered across the area.
Then suddenly, he froze.
"Huh… Giant Robin?!"
His eyes widened in disbelief.
"No way… that's impossible!"
He pointed at her, stunned.
"Luffy! That giant… she looks exactly like Robin!"
Chopper gasped, his tiny body trembling with excitent.
"Wait… that really is Robin? She turned into a giant? That's incredible!"
Sanji spun wildly, hearts bursting from his eyes.
"Robin-chan! ♡ What a magnificent figure! Even as a giant, your beauty is flawless! Robin-chan, I love you ♡!"
Nami blinked in shock, staring at Robin's towering form.
"Robin… what exactly happened to you?"
The Straw Hats' voices overlapped in a lively storm of excitent, filling Elbaf with energy.
Their reactions brought a genuine, heartfelt smile to Robin's face.
"Everyone… I missed you."
Her voice softened, emotion catching in her throat as her eyes glistened.
But before the mont could turn too heavy, her crew's antics quickly pulled her back into laughter.
