"where are we?" Mabel asked Cain while looking at her surroundings which were illuminated by the bright light emitted from the full moon.

Cain dropped her and looked at where he was and smiled widely.

He has been preparing for this day for very long after he discovered the secret of transforming a human into a vampire.

"We are in the heart of the forest, under the watchful gaze of the full moon," Cain replied, his voice tinged with anticipation.

Mabel’s eyes widened in wonder as she took in her surroundings, the dense canopy of trees overhead casting eerie shadows on the forest floor. The air was thick with the scent of pine and earth, and a sense of ancient magic hung heavy in the air.

"Why have you brought here?" Mabel asked, her curiosity piqued by Cain’s secretive deanor.

Cain withdrew a small vial of his own blood, its crimson hue shimring in the moonlight. With a steady hand, he poured a few drops onto Mabel’s outstretched palm, the liquid pulsating with dark energy.

"Mabel, with this blood, I offer you the gift of eternal life," Cain intoned, his voice carrying the weight of centuries. "Drink, and embrace the darkness that lies within."

Mabel hesitated for a mont, her gaze fixed on the blood that pooled in her palm. She knew that once she drank it, there would be no going back—a part of her humanity would be lost forever. But as she looked into Cain’s eyes, she saw a flicker of sothing ancient and powerful, a force that called to her on a primal level.

With a deep breath, Mabel raised her hand to her lips and drank the blood, its taste tallic and intoxicating. As the liquid coursed through her veins, she felt a surge of power unlike anything she had ever known, a raw energy that seed to pulse with every beat of her heart.
