Devil's Peak—The Black Throne

A crimson moon lood over Devil's Peak, casting an eerie glow over the blackened landscape. The throne, carved from obsidian and laced with veins of molten gold, stood at the highest point of the darkened citadel. A seat befitting the one who sat upon it.

Lucifer.

Chin resting on his fist, his eyes—glowing embers of unholy fire—watched over the Pangu Realm as it repaired itself. The scars of war were already fading, the very fabric of reality stitching itself back together. Towers of jade and gold, once reduced to rubble, now rose anew. The rivers, tainted with the blood of fallen gods, ran pure again. Even the skies, torn apart by battle, had regained their endless, celestial blue.

It was a slow process. But it would heal.

His siblings had left.

Loki, Sun Wukong, and Nezha had eradicated the remnants of the Outer Creatures. The horrors that once crawled in the shadows, waiting for their chance, were no more. And now, the three of them had departed—moving through the God Plane on Lucifer's command. Their task? To hunt down any hidden threats lurking in the realms of gods.

Lucifer exhaled. The ga wasn't over yet.

A soft presence entered the chamber. No, five.

He didn't need to look.

He felt them.

Aphrodite, draped in a flowing crimson gown, her golden hair cascading over her shoulders. Bast, her feline grace effortless, eyes like molten amber, lips curled in a knowing smirk. Hestia, the warmth of a hearth fire in human form, gentle but unshakable. Amaterasu, the goddess of the sun, her presence radiant yet calm. And dusa—silent, sharp, her serpentine locks coiling idly, her piercing gaze never missing a single detail.

His wives.

They entered without a word at first. They never needed permission.

Aphrodite was the first to step closer, her eyes scanning him. "You're brooding again."

Lucifer let out a low chuckle. "Am I?"

Bast crossed her arms, tail flicking lazily. "You always do this after a war. You sit here, alone, pretending to enjoy the silence."

Hestia sighed, moving forward, resting a hand on the armrest of his throne. "It's not healthy, you know."

Amaterasu tilted her head. "Let him be, for now."

dusa, standing near the entrance, leaned against the obsidian wall. "Hmph. Let him? He should explain." Her eyes locked onto his. "Why send Wukong, Nezha, and Loki away? You should have gone yourself."

Lucifer exhaled through his nose. "I've already fought enough battles. This is just cleanup. They can handle it."

Aphrodite sat on the armrest beside him, her fingers tracing absent patterns on his shoulder. "And what will you do in the anti? Stare at the moon? Wait for the next enemy to co knocking?"

Lucifer smirked. "I thought you all liked it when I was ho."

Bast clicked her tongue. "We do. But not when you sit here, looking like you're waiting for sothing to entertain you."

Hestia gave him a soft, knowing smile. "We're worried, Lucifer."

Silence settled for a mont.

Lucifer leaned back into his throne, crimson eyes shifting between them.

They knew him too well.

His gaze softened—just slightly. "The Outer Gods are coming."

The air in the chamber tensed.

Amaterasu folded her arms. "So, it's confird?"

Lucifer nodded. "They won't stop. Not after what I did to their forces."

dusa let out a slow breath. "Hah… you really pissed them off this ti."

Aphrodite tilted her head, studying him. "And you're waiting for them?"

Lucifer closed his eyes briefly before opening them again. "I want to see how long they'll take. How desperate they'll beco before they make their move."

Bast huffed, stepping closer. "Let guess. You're hoping they all co at once?"

Lucifer smirked.

Amaterasu shook her head. "You're impossible."

Hestia frowned. "Even if you enjoy toying with your enemies, this ti is different, Lucifer. These are the Outer Gods themselves. You're dealing with entities that don't play by the rules of existence."

Lucifer tapped a finger against his throne. "And neither do I."

Silence.

Aphrodite rolled her eyes and leaned against him. "You love making things difficult."

Lucifer chuckled, wrapping an arm around her waist. "It keeps life interesting."

Bast stretched, yawning. "Fine. If you're not going to do anything reckless yet, then I suggest you spend ti with us instead of sitting here alone."

Hestia nodded. "She's right. No point wasting ti waiting for war when you have peace right now."

Lucifer exhaled. "And what do you suggest?"

Aphrodite smirked. "Oh, we have plenty of ideas."

dusa finally pushed off the wall, stepping forward. "Anything is better than you sitting on that throne like a statue."

Lucifer looked at them. Their presence, their warmth, their certainty.

For the first ti since the battle, he allowed himself to relax. Just a little.

A slow smile ford on his lips. "Alright. You win."

Aphrodite grinned. "We always do."

Bast flicked his forehead lightly. "Took you long enough."

Hestia gave him a pleased nod.

Amaterasu simply smiled.

dusa, arms crossed, smirked. "Good. Now move."

Lucifer chuckled as he rose from his throne, the obsidian seat behind him seeming smaller now.

For now, there was peace.

And he would spend it with them.

The air in the chamber grew heavier—not with tension, not with battle—but with sothing far deeper, far more primal. A mont of stillness before the inevitable.

Lucifer's crimson gaze swept over them, his wives, each one radiant in her own way. The flickering torchlight cast shadows that danced across their features—Aphrodite's knowing smirk, Bast's playful eyes, Hestia's gentle warmth, Amaterasu's quiet confidence, and dusa's piercing, unwavering stare.

Aphrodite was the first to move. She always was. Her delicate fingers trailed along his jaw, tilting his face toward hers. "You've fought enough, my love," she whispered, her breath warm against his lips. "Tonight, let us remind you why you belong here—with us."

Lucifer smirked. "I never needed a reminder."

Bast purred, her body pressing against his side, her golden eyes gleaming with amusent. "Then stop wasting ti talking."

Hestia let out a soft, knowing laugh, her fingers tracing his arm, grounding him in a way only she could. "Even you need warmth, Lucifer."

Amaterasu's hands found his shoulders, firm yet delicate. "And rest."

dusa stood back, arms crossed, watching them with that unreadable gaze. But when Lucifer's eyes t hers, she sighed, stepping forward. "Tch. You're all too soft with him," she muttered, but there was no real protest in her voice. Only longing.

Lucifer exhaled slowly. There was no war in this mont. No bloodshed. No enemies waiting to be torn apart. Only them. Only this.

The throne chamber, vast and imposing, suddenly felt small—intimate.

Aphrodite leaned in first, her lips barely brushing against his before deepening the kiss. It was slow, deliberate, as if she were savoring the taste of him. When she pulled away, Bast replaced her, her kiss sharper, teasing, fangs lightly grazing his lower lip.

Hestia's touch was soft, her warmth sinking into his skin as she pressed herself against his chest. Amaterasu followed, her fingers threading into his hair as she tilted his head to et her lips.

And then dusa—her kiss was demanding, fierce, as if claiming what was already hers.

Lucifer let out a low, pleased chuckle. "I see you've all planned this."

Aphrodite smirked. "Oh, my love, we don't need to plan. This is inevitable."

The chamber lights dimd, flickering embers casting a golden glow over them as the night stretched long.

For now, there was no war. No gods. No demons.

Only them.
