After mixing thoroughly, he added them to the pot, stirring them with a spoon to place them under everything else.

Soon after the noodles were added, it was ti to put in the blood sausage.

This blood sausage had already been seasoned with salt and other spices during preparation, so nothing else needed to be added.

He took the pre-poached blood sausage, pierced it a few tis with a at tenderizer with steel needles, effectively preventing them from bursting while cooking.

Making a few small holes also allowed for monitoring the state of the blood sausage at any ti.

If no blood was seeping from the holes, it ant the sausage had solidified and was ready to be removed and eaten.

This was the mont when the blood sausage was at its most tender, so it needed to be fished out quickly, or it would overcook and lose its flavor.

While the pot was still cooking, Lin Xu retrieved the at, slicing it into slightly thicker pieces while hot, then adding it back to the pot after slicing.

With all the cutting done, the blood sausage was about ready.

Fishing it out, slicing it into sections, he proceeded to ladle the noodles, sauerkraut, and at chunks into a large soup bowl.

There was a lot of at today, filling several large bowls. He arranged the segnts of sliced blood sausage around the edges, placing a pinch of fragrant leaf herbs on top as a garnish.

He brought out these large bowls of stew, placing them under a large alcohol stove, where they continued to simr gently.

The aroma drew everyone around.

"Oh my, this stewed pork dish slls heavenly!"

Song Tiantian, who originally ca to the second floor to check on the booth area’s cleanliness, swallowed upon seeing the bowls of stew and sections of blood sausage.

Lin Xu brought out a small bowl of mixed garlic paste dipping sauce and said with a smile:

"This isn’t really a standard stew dish; the true dish includes the full set of pig offal and bones and all sorts of at cut off the bone. We’re far from that, so just enjoy what we have for now. We’ll make the real one when there’s a chance."
