dical confirmation will validate what we both know happened. It will also make sure that the beef jerky had fully healed his dad from his illnesses.

Noah approached the nurses’ station calmly. He didn’t show the confidence he felt about his father’s health.

The shift supervisor, was nurse Martinez.

"Nurse Martinez, my father in room 412 is feeling significantly better. I think he should be examined comprehensively."

Nurse Martinez’s eyebrows rose with interest.

Patients always ca up to the nurses in charge to let them know about the improvent of their health. They always had the hope of cure, when in reality it was rely a placebo effect.

"Better how? What kind of improvents are we talking about?"

It was the standard dical skepticism. They’ve seen too many false hopes after all.

"His headaches are gone, vision has cleared completely, and his energy levels have increased dramatically," Noah explained. "He feels like a different person."

The nurse’s expression shifted from polite attention to genuine concern. "Those are significant changes. When did this improvent begin?"

"Within the last few days, he has just kept it to himself for verification,"Noah replied.

Had he said the improvent began minutes ago, the nurse would just casually dismiss him. After all, such illnesses don’t clear overnight, or at all.

Nurse Martinez stood, her dical training overriding skepticism when faced with reported symptom changes. "I’ll get Dr. Thompson imdiately. Rapid improvent can sotis indicate..." She paused, clearly reluctant to voice concerning possibilities.

The nurse didn’t have the thought of cure in her mind. In fact, she was worried about false improvent before crash.

"We’ll want to run a full battery of tests," she continued, already moving toward his father’s room. "Blood work, neurological assessnt, cardiovascular function—everything."

"Of course," Noah agreed. "Whatever’s needed to confirm his improvent."

Dr. Thompson arrived within minutes, his expression carrying the focused attention of soone responding to unusual patient developnts. The examinations that followed was thorough, thodical, and increasingly amazed.

They were discovering that everything has actually improved.

So healing happened gradually through dicine and therapy.

Other restoration arrived through magical enhancent that defied every dical expectation.

Today had definitely delivered the latter.

...

The doctors completed their examinations with expressions that cycled through amazent, confusion, and professional bewildernt. Dr. Thompson reviewed the test results multiple tis, as if expecting the numbers to change when he wasn’t looking.

"Everything looks... remarkably good," he announced with shock. "Better than good, actually. Your test results are showing improvents across every major health indicator."

"However," Dr. Thompson continued with appropriate caution, "given the rapid nature of these changes, I’d recomnd keeping you here for another day or two. We want to run additional tests to ensure this improvent is stable."

It was standard dical protocol. They need to verify that there was no issues such as equipnt failure or simply human error.

Alan nodded silently at Noah, his expression conveying complete understanding of the dical team’s concerns. The improvents felt permanent to him, but professional confirmation would benefit everyone involved.

"Of course, Doctor," Alan replied with cooperation. "Whatever you think is necessary."

Noah spent another hour with his father, discussing everything except the true source of his miraculous recovery. Their conversation covered family matters, future plans, and the simple joy of seeing genuine health restored after such a long period f decline.

Finally, Noah departed, he still had many things to do. He left the hospital with relief flooding through his body like warm sunlight after endless storm clouds.

...

Back ho, Noah’s excitent about his father’s recovery had suppressed his appetite all morning. But with crisis resolved and adrenaline fading, hunger finally reasserted itself with growing insistence.

Ti for actual breakfast. My body needs fuel after all.

He prepared a simple al while his mind processed the morning’s success. Eggs, toast, coffee—normal food that provided ordinary nutrition rather than magical enhancent.

As he ate, Noah retrieved the items he’d saved from yesterday’s shop inventory. The beef jerky and energy drink sat on his kitchen table like concentrated potential waiting to be unlocked.

Ti to claim so enhancent for myself.

Without hesitation, he opened the energy drink and consud its contents in steady swallows.

The effect was imdiate and exhilarating, agility enhancent flooding through his system like lightning through copper wire.

Forty-five agility points total. This is incredible.

His reflexes felt supernatural, reaction ti approaching inhuman levels that made every movent feel effortless.

The temporary fifty percent boost stacked atop his permanent improvent made such a number possible.

Twenty minutes of peak enhancent. I should test this properly.

Noah stood and moved through his kitchen with fluid grace that would have impressed Master Tanaka. Every gesture carried perfect timing, every step landed with optimal positioning.

This is what forty-five agility feels like. It’s incredible.

But he knew the effect would fade to thirty points within twenty minutes, leaving only the permanent improvent from his first energy drink consumption.

Still incredible. Thirty permanent agility is superhuman by any asure.

The beef jerky remained on the table, its wrapper emanating subtle warmth that promised vitality enhancent. But Noah’s strategic thinking overrode imdiate gratificatio usage.

Keep it for later. I want to increase my base vitality to twenty before consuming permanent enhancent.

His current vitality of four represented a glaring weakness in his otherwise high attribute spread. Bringing it to twenty through other ans before claiming the beef jerky’s ten-point bonus would maximize his long-term developnt.

Noah carefully stored the beef jerky in his dinsional ring, saving it for when the enhancent would provide maximum benefit rather than partial improvent, that would keep his vitality behind.
