The house stood two stories tall with clean modern lines that balanced sophistication with approachability. Large windows reflected the evening light while the attached garage could easily accommodate two vehicles.

"What’s the purchase plan arrangent?" Noah asked, already imagining his furniture arranged in the generous living space.
Davidson pulled out his tablet, scrolling through financial details.
"For a rent-to-own structure on this property, we’re looking at $2,800 monthly. twenty percent of each paynt goes toward eventual ownership equity."

The next day arrived with the sun’s rays landing on Noah’s face.
Today was an important day.
Noah had arranged to et the agent and property owner at nine AM sharp, which ant delaying his shop opening for the first ti since establishing his business in the world of Esta.

Davidson waited outside the house with a middle-aged man whose confident bearing was backed by his successful real estate investnts.

"Mr. Carter, et Mr. Fahad, the owner and designer of this beautiful house." Davidson called out as Noah approached.

Noah had a good first impression of the man, and he hoped it remained that way.

"It’s exactly what I’ve been looking for, it’s simply great, Mr. Fahad," Noah replied, accepting the handshake with appreciation for the owner’s straightforward approach.
The paperwork process unfolded with surprising smoothness. Docunts that Noah had expected to be complex legal nightmares turned out to be surprisingly readable.
Davidson guided them through signature requirents while explaining each section’s purpose.
Property transfer agreents, rent-to-own structure details, insurance requirents, utility transfer forms, each docunt bringing Noah closer to his first owned ho.

Noah pulled out his chequebook without hesitation. He had gotten one from the bank on his last visit. The amount that would have blown his mind weeks ago now felt like a reasonable expense.

The final signatures completed the transition. Noah’s na now appeared on legal docunts that granted him residential rights to a property worth nearly half a million dollars.
"Here are your keys. The house has been good to . I hope it serves you equally well," Mr. Fahad said, producing a small keychain.
The keys felt surreal in his hands. They didn’t feel like re keys but symbols of stability and progress toward goals that had seed impossible during his debt-collection dodging days.

Mr. Fahad smiled warmly.
"Likewise, Mr. Noah. Take care of yourself."
Davidson gathered the completed paperwork while both n shook hands one final ti. The transaction was complete, the property officially under Noah’s control.
As Noah walked toward his GT-R, keys to his new house jingling softly, he felt happy and satisfied.
