Why was she instead angrily questioning Sun Hao?

I rember Young Master Sun saying Lin Fei was too flirtatious and untrustworthy, and Lin Fei replied that he was too flirtatious and untrustworthy. At no point did he say I was his girlfriend.”
Sun Hao, Liu Siming, and their group were speechless by Li Ke’s response.
