She shook her head, dismissing the strange thoughts from her mind.
Just as she was about to lie down, she suddenly touched sothing cold and slippery beneath her.
When she took it out and looked, it turned out to be sothing resembling a fish scale. It was a cold white that shimred with starlight but refracted a fantastical array of colors under the light.
She rubbed the scale, thinking how big the fish must be for it to have such a large scale?

She brought the fish scale close to her nose and sniffed it. A fresh, serene fragrance wafted over her, dispelling much of the pain and dizziness in her head.
Josh looked at the fish scale with a bright gaze, clutching it in her palm.

Sisi quickly ca in with breakfast. Seeing the fish scale in her hand, a montary stiffness flashed across his face before returning to normal.

Josh said honestly, "I found it under the covers."

Josh nodded obediently, "Okay."
Feeling a bit sleepy, she drank so water and lay down to sleep, quickly dozing off.
Seeing her asleep, Sisi gently took the fish scale from her hand and turned to leave.
As soon as the door closed, Josh opened her eyes.
The fragrance from the rmaid scale still lingered in her palm.

Josh rolled her eyes at him, amused, "Get lost!"
The group bantered and laughed as they headed back to the second floor.
Yuze suddenly called out to her, "Josh?"
Josh stopped in her tracks and turned to look at him, "What is it, Captain?"
Yuze’s dark eyes stared intently at her without blinking.
Feeling a bit puzzled being stared at, Josh asked, "What is it? Why are you looking at like that?"
Yushi and Rob also stopped, "What is it, Captain?"
Suddenly, Yuze rushed forward, grabbed Josh by the neck, and pushed her hard against the wall.
"Captain!" The other three reacted swiftly, rushing over, but they couldn’t stop him.
Rob watched anxiously as Josh’s face turned red from being choked and said, "Captain, what are you doing? She just got better! No matter how angry you are, you can’t hit a girl!"
Jiang Can also rushed to hold down his arm, "Yeah! We only have one girl on our team. Even if she doesn’t cling to us like she’s calling us big brothers, you still can’t treat her like she isn’t one."
