Josh squinted his eyes.

Since it’s so suspicious, it further indicates that there’s a problem.

But rash action is evidently unwise, we need to figure out a way to scout it out.

Rob: "How about I shoot an arrow over there and see what happens?"

Josh shook his head: "Don’t act rashly just yet."

Sothing just feels off.

Other players also ca over, and seeing them stop ahead, they stopped as well.

Yuze pointed at the followers behind: "Aren’t these people right here? They’ve followed us for so long, they should serve so purpose."

A gleam flashed in Josh’s eyes as he suddenly extended a tentacle, grabbed one of the big fish in the group, and tossed them into the clearing.

That group of players was caught off guard, and they steadied themselves as they landed firmly in the clearing.

The big fish asked harshly, "What do you think you’re doing? Looking for a fight?!"

Before he finished talking, there was a sudden surge beneath the ground, stirring up murky sedint.

It was as if a murky wind rose from a flat surface.

Following the murky sedint ca a large blood-red mouth.

The team on top of the big fish had their backs facing the blood-red mouth and couldn’t react in ti.

Josh used his tentacles to pull them away, exposing the blood-red mouth completely before them.

Everyone stared in shock at the scene before their eyes.

The big fish’s team was furious: "You lot! How despicable, trying to kill us like this!"

Josh ignored them, his eyes fixed intently on the blood-red mouth before them, becoming alert.

The blood-red mouth grew ever larger, continuously absorbing seawater.

The seawater ford a distinct vortex centered around its abyssal giant mouth.

Seeing this, the other players promptly turned to hide.

Josh looked towards Yuze.

Yuze said in a deep voice, "Go in, there’s sothing inside its stomach."

Josh nodded, about to give up resisting.

Yuze added, "Co to ."

Understanding his aning, Josh looked at him.

He was worried she’d get hurt.

If she expanded her size covering her teammates, she’d get injured by its sharp teeth once inside the blood-red mouth.

Josh’s size was simply too large, making her the first to be bitten.

But if she shrank and stayed by his side, it might not happen.

When a shark eats small shrimp, it might not chew them.

Josh decisively shrank her body, wrapped her tentacles around Yuze’s finger, and used spider silk to ensnare her four teammates to avoid scattering.

The four people and a jellyfish were thus swallowed into the abyssal giant mouth’s stomach.

A stench so strong it was almost corrosive wrapped around them instantly.

Yuze took the small jellyfish into the monster’s mouth, tossed around by the tongue and mucus, skillfully avoiding the gnashing of teeth, quickly sliding down its throat into the monster’s stomach.

Inside the stomach, the light was unexpectedly bright.

[Ding! Congratulations to Golden Shit Stirrer—entire team has unlocked a new map, "The Last Supper." Within the stipulated half-hour, identify the underwater traitor, or else sli will flood in, and everyone will be corroded away by the sli.]

Josh clung to Yuze’s fingers to stabilize herself and finally took in the surroundings.

The narrow space barely accommodated a long table filled with a lavish dinner.

Surrounding them were densely packed deford sea creatures.

The difference was, these creatures were re skeletons with no flesh or skin.

They were covered with a layer of sticky gray sli bubbling continuously, seemingly corroding their bones.

The creatures’ bodies were grotesquely deford and twisted, many had forelimbs resembling sharp scimitars—sharp beyond asure.

The monsters were nurous, crowded into the narrow space, seemingly disordered yet with so degree of order, gathered around the table, drooling over the food on it.

At the far end of the long table was a giant skull.

The skull resembled a human bone, yet its jaw had extraordinarily long bones growing segnt by segnt, like a skeleton growing a bone beard.

It had four to five rows of dense teeth, and its eye sockets were embedded with black eyes reflecting the light on the table.

A white cloth covered the long table, loaded with all sorts of delicacies, their vibrant colors glowing as if illuminating instead of just being bright, forming a vivid contrast to the drab-gray skeleton monsters.

Upon closer inspection, so foods on the table were freshly removed hearts, writhing intestines, octopi trying to crawl but couldn’t escape the plate, furry and constantly wriggling worms.

It reminded Josh of the als three tis a day in the Bloody Castle.

Hovering at the center of the long table were clock digits, counting down.

Josh and the others’ arrival seed to draw no attention at all; all the monsters were busily feasting away.

At first glance, this was nothing more than an ordinary underwater gathering.

Josh exchanged glances with her companions, finding seats across from the enormous skull.

Rob: "You’d have to kill before I’d ever eat this stuff again. I swear!"

Speaking to Yuze, his expression was utterly solemn.

Yuze chuckled in exasperation: "When did I ever force you to eat this? Is that really the kind of person the captain is to you?"

Rob tearfully accused: "Haven’t you made eat enough weird stuff already?"

The little jellyfish gazed about from Yuze’s finger.

They had half an hour to identify the so-called underwater traitor, but there were no leads so far.

Soon, the monsters’ conversations reached their ears.

"So plentiful, it’s been ages since we had such delicious food. What’s the special occasion today?"

"You idiot, don’t you know? Today is the return of the king! Everyone’s busy celebrating!"

"What?! The king’s return? Wasn’t the king dead?"

"Pah! Those damned humans are the dead ones! How could the king be dead? As long as the sea exists, the king will live eternal! You moron!"

"Fantastic, fantastic!"

"So thrilled, with the king back, we won’t have such hard tis anymore, will we?"

Beyond the initial few clear words, the rest beca a jumble of noise.

The monsters began eagerly discussing, a small yet dense chorus impossible to decipher into complete sentences.

Josh frowned lightly and looked to her companions: "Should we split up?"

Yuze nodded.

They dispersed, squeezing into different positions, initiating conversation with other monsters.

Given that when they first arrived, the monsters showed no reaction, it indicated they wouldn’t attack, at least for now.

Moreover, their task was to discover the underwater traitor within half an hour.

Gas wouldn’t set impossible tasks without a reason—they should be able to gather clues through engaging with the other monsters.

Josh, a red jellyfish, blended effortlessly into the monster crowd.

Provided they didn’t perceive her as food.
