Standing by the sidelines, their gang leader shouted, cursing at the top of his lungs. He made quick changes, hoping the fresh legs could conjure up so magic.
While they grew restless, the Black Spider morale rose by the second. They were at ease; they took their ti to enjoy the ga.
The Black Spider gang leader sat in his seat with a faint smile playing on his lips as he counted the minutes until the match would end.
To him, wealth and fa lood as he imagined what would co his way after the ga ca to an end.
Less than fifteen minutes remained in the ga, and many had already lost hope for the Blood River Team. Those who had co to support sat with deep frowns on their faces.
Just then, the comntator's voice echoed through the area.
"That was a nasty challenge from the Black Spider Team."
"I hope this won't cost their team."
Many listened to the comntary without any change in their expressions or any rise in their hope. The Blood River had committed many fouls during the match, and nothing useful had co from them.
Apart from their first-half attempt on goal, they hadn't produced any impressive chances since.
This ti, would anything be different?
The foul kick was twenty ters from the goal.
The Black Spider goalkeeper set his defense as best as possible. Players gathered on the right.
Standing before the ball was the sa player who had released the thunderous shot that hit the crossbar in the first half. This ti, he chose to take the kick.
He stared at his teammate signaling for him to pass the ball to them while he lingered near the keeper. But the defensive wall made a pass to the other side almost impossible.
Still, his expression remained firm, built on determination.
He took five steps back from the ball, his heart pounding heavily against his chest. When the referee blew the whistle, he sprinted toward the ball and kicked it.
The ball shot forward like a cannon.
Whoosh!
The Black Spider defensive wall leaped to defend the shot, but when one of them saw the roaring ball bearing down on him, he shifted his body to protect himself.
The ball sailed past his previous location, heading straight toward the net.
For a mont, everyone in the stadium widened their eyes. Many held their breath.
The confident smile on the Black Spider gang leader faltered into shock.
The goalkeeper stood frozen, eyes wide as he watched the ball hit the net.
For a split second, everything was still.
Then.
"GOOOOOOOOOOOAL!" the comntator's voice broke the stillness.
"GOOOOOOOOOOOAL!"
"GOOOOOOOOOOOAL!"
The stadium erupted as if it were a volcanic eruption. Many who had already lost hope in the Blood River Team sprang to their feet and scread.
The boy who had scored rushed forward, sprinting toward his gang leader. Joy, mingled with astonishnt, painted his face.
The Blood River Gang leader forgot about maintaining face as he rushed to et the boy who had given him hope. He wrapped his arm around him and lifted him high.
He scread.
Uncontrollable joy filled his heart.
He had lost hope.
He thought he had lost.
He accepted defeat.
Yet—
For a whole minute, the arena was a blaze of excitent. The audience debated the rit of the shot. No one expected a goal from such a direct route.
The Black Spider team sat on the pitch, their faces downcast. They had thought the ga was in the bag, but now…
Now the ga stood level.
Quickly, the ga resud, but the excitent remained in the air.
Fans from Blood River recovered their voices and began to chant, singing with their team once more.
Their morale soared.
In the VIP chambers, many watched the ga with fascination, their interest growing. Riding the montum, Blood River increased the pressure on the Black Spider squad.
Under pressure for the first ti, they began to sweat bullets. Their coordination vanished.
The light smile that had played on their lips disappeared.
The situation had gone from good to worse.
Now they were fighting not to win, but not to lose.
Attempt after attempt.
Blood River showed their conviction that they could win this match. Several tis, the Blood River goalkeeper had denied them, but they kept coming back.
They dominated the ga.
It was as if they were the only team on the field.
Just then, the assistant referee walked to the line to show the additional ti.
"Three minutes."
"We have only three minutes before the ga is over," the comntator heightened the tension. "Can the Black Spider Team hold on…?"
This was the question on everyone's mind.
Blood River had shown their prowess in the last few minutes. Adrenaline spiked, nerves stretched to their limits.
The leaders now watched with eyes blazing with anticipation.
Slowly, ti crawled forward, and there was only a minute left until the ga's end. Then, the goalkeeper denied Blood River another chance to extend their lead.
"Corner kick."
This was the last corner of the ga; after this, there would be no more chances. Everyone on their feet.
Leader or not.
Everyone rose, their gazes fixed on the ga. Each held their breath.
Mo Jian watched the ga with a asure of intensity. He could not deny it—he was subtly captivated by the drama unfolding before him.
The corner was played.
But to everyone's shock, it wasn't an airborne ball. It was a short pass to a player waiting at the edge of the eighteen-yard box.
Of course, it was the boy with the thunderous shot.
Watching the corner pass, the boy did not blink. He did not hesitate. He simply acted.
His boot connected with the ball.
Whoosh!
Like a rocket, the ball sped toward the goal. Players watched the ball with wide eyes as it zood into the net.
The audience froze.
The leaders froze.
The ball struck the top left corner of the net, quivering. The keeper stood no chance.
He hadn't even seen the shot coming.
Then the stadium reacted.
"GOOOOOOOOOOOAL!"
"GOOOOOOOOOOOAL!"

Warriors made a na for themselves in a battlefield of fa.
And today, a seemingly ordinary boy had made a na for himself through the ga of football.
