Finally, it was the day of the match.
All the major clans had received an invitation from the Thousand Wealth Chamber to grace the football match.
The Dust Valley City was bustling with activities. Along the street, there were flags that represent a team.
Red for the Fla Tiger. Each flag had a logo of each team. For the Fla Tiger, it was easy; it was a flamy tiger, while the Dust Valley Team was green with a logo of a black valley.
Looking at all the preparation, everyone who entered Dust Valley City could feel the electrifying atmosphere.
Talks about the football match spread through the taverns, tea houses, and restaurants.
Inside the Dust Valley Sect, all the disciples ca out of their rooms and courtyards to support their fellow disciples.
Even the elders could not escape from the pressure from the football match.
Inside the grand hall, all the elders looked at each other, waiting for the first to start the discussion about the Football Ga.
"What do you think of the football ga created by my son?" the Sect Master broke the silence, looking at Elder Kang.
"Sect Master, the ga is simple yet complicated. It teaches how to work as a team," Elder Kang replied seriously.
’Hmm?!’
All the elders looked at Elder Kang in shock. This was the first ti they heard such feedback from the ga of football.
To them, it is simple, with kids chasing after a ball.
"Will it be interesting to watch?" the Sect Master asked once again.
"Very interesting. I believe with this ga, our region will not be the sa again."
Hearing the high evaluation from Elder Kang, all the elders were stunned.
Even though they thought they had overestimated the hype of the ga, only now did they realize they might have underestimated the ga.
This only increased their curiosity to watch the ga.
Unlike fights, they had seen that countless tis. Only an expert at the Golden Core and above could interest them.
But the ga of football, no one has ever seen. Thus, they all wished to watch it.
"Good. Good. Those who are interested in the ga can follow to the stadium."
The Evening.
The sun was setting at the horizon, and its golden hue washed over the Dust Valley City in a dazzling radiance.
At the center of the city was the only football stadium. Thousands of people had arrived, their faces filled with amazent at the scene around the stadium.
Unlike any battling arena, the structure was different.
Around the stadium were guards keeping everything in order. To enter the stadium, each person had to buy a ticket costing 50 spirit stones.
No one cared about the price as they all wanted to rush into the stadium and wait for the match to begin.
Quickly, the stadium was filled to the brim.
In the VIP area, all the major influential clan leaders took a seat. Looking at the green field at the center of the stadium with various demarcation lines shocked them.
"What are those lines?" one of the clan masters asked curiously.
"Sir, everything is inside the pamphlet," a male attendant said.
"Oh!"
All the clan masters were stunned for a mont before they each took a pamphlet to read the rules.
While they were trying to know the rules of the ga, a sonorous voice echoed throughout the stadium.
"Ladies and Gentlen, welco to the first Football Match in the world. What a day to be alive."
"I’m Rumbling Thunder, your host for today."
Listening to the magnetic voice of the comntator, the stadium ca to life. They kept speaking, informing the audience about the ga of football.
"Everyone, let’s get up on our feet. It is ti to sing the football anthem."
The audience were confused. Still, they all got up on their feet. This was all strange to them.
On the field, a band had already assembled, and they began to play.
Listening to the music, their blood boiled, their excitent and anticipation shot through the roof.
The song was unlike any other song they had ever heard. When the song was over, a loud cheer erupted throughout the stadium.
Just from this alone, the people were already captivated. For a football ga, the fanfare was so exaggerated that they did not believe this was just a re ga.
In the tunnel, the two teams lined up with their faces filled with tension and nervousness. The referee, dressed in a yellow top and black shorts and black socks, stood before them.
Just then, another official ca and stopped before the teams.
"Please stretch out your hand to receive the Spirit-Sealing Band."
No one voiced against the sealing band since they had all been inford. Quickly, all the teams wore the sealing band.
Apart from the official, no one could remove the sealing. With the Spirit-Sealing Band in place, they were not different from mortals.
"It’s ti," the referee said and walked out from the tunnel.
Behind him, the two teams followed after him.
Watching the two teams entering the field, the audience’s loud cheer echoed louder.
"Fla Tiger!"
"Fla Tiger!"
"Dust Valley!"
"Dust Valley!"
Looking at the thousands of crowds, the team felt their blood run cold. This was unlike anything they had ever felt in their life.
Even the Fla Tiger gang leader at the coach area was nervous. Elder Kang couldn’t swallow the lumps in his throat.
He had underestimated the montum of the crowd.
’We cannot lose this match.’ He clenched his fist tightly.
Quickly, the teams completed their handshakes and went to their positions.
"Ladies and Gentlen, the match is about to begin," the comntator’s voice echoed in the stadium.
Hmm!
At the highest four corner parts of the stadium, the massive clocks were switched on. Looking at the ti, those with the Platinum and Noble Grade Spirit Link were familiar with it.
"How much did he spend on this ga?" the Sect Master muttered in shock.
Just looking at the massive stadium and all the expensive artifacts used made him realize he could not understand his son any longer.
Pfrrrrrrr
The referee blew the starting whistle.
"Ladies and Gentlen, the match has begun."
