Liang was stunned. He did not expect his tackle to miss at such close proximity. However, Ren did not dilly-dally and he pushed three steps and shot the ball.
Whoosh!
The ball sailed with powerful montum toward the net. All the Dust Valley Sect elders, disciples, and fans rose to their feet, following the ball.
Bang!
The ball hit the crossbar and went out.
"Ohhhhhh!"
Everyone cried in amazent.
"The ball hit the bar. Oh my! That was a thunderous shot," the Rumbling Thunder comnted.
Everyone supporting the Dust Valley Team wore a look of disappointnt, but this was the closest the team had co since the start of the match.
Thus, everyone wore an expectant look on their faces.
Quickly, the match continued.
The sloppiness of the Dust Valley Team in the first half could not be detected as everyone was playing with focus and determination.
Tackle after tackle.
The tension was thickening as the Dust Valley Team tried to score a goal, but the Fla Tiger Team’s defense was solid.
Fifteen minutes into the match, the Fla Tiger made the first changes, bringing two new players to defend their goal.
With two more defensive players, their previous solid defense now beca impenetrable. Every attempt by the Dust Valley Team was stopped by the defense.
Just then, Wang Jun received a pass from the right side and made a run with it. Before him were rows of defenders waiting.
At the center of the defense were three of his teammates. However, Ren stood out with his height.

Watching the ball, Ren rushed forward with his eyes all on the ball.
Without hesitating, he jumped forward and connected with the ball with his head.

He nodded the ball and the ball went straight toward the goal post.
