130: Chapter 128: Take Action 130: Chapter 128: Take Action Xiao Ruoling glanced downstairs and gently frowned.

She was extrely disgusted with Cheng Tianfeng.

Not only because Cheng Tianfeng was the Princely Heir of Da Zhen and a rival to Chu Zhiyuan, but more so because of the greed in Cheng Tianfeng’s eyes.

The greed in his eyes was too intense, as if he wanted to strip soone bare, which was uncomfortable.

Moreover, she knew he was itching to snatch her away.

That would be equivalent to ruining herself.

If it weren’t for the Nine Heavens Mysterious Woman Technique, it would be difficult for her to maintain a calm deanor now.

Huang Shiron said softly, “What a coincidence?”

Li Hongzhao chuckled, “Today really is a coincidence.

First, I ran into Miss Huang, and now Cheng Tianfeng!”

“Is he trying to barge in?” Huang Shiron said, “Does Your Highness want to see him?”

Li Hongzhao smiled mysteriously, “If I don’t see him, does it appear that I am afraid of him?

Am I really not daring to et him?”

She turned to look at Huang Shiron and Xiao Ruoling, “What about you two sisters?”

Xiao Ruoling gently shook her head, “I better avoid him.”

Although Cheng Tianfeng had promised Chu Zhiyuan not to cause trouble for her, he was not trustworthy.

Just looking at Chu Zhiyuan’s precautions made it evident.

What’s more, seeing him was uncomfortable.

“What about you, Sister Huang?”

“I’ll be like Miss Xiao.”

Li Hongzhao smiled and nodded, “Alright then, you two go rest in the adjacent room while I et Cheng Tianfeng!”

She was about to get up to escort the two won over, but then saw a shadow flicker by the window as Cheng Tianfeng had already slipped inside, appearing in the room.

Li Hongzhao’s face imdiately darkened.

Her sleeve considered whisking him out the window but forcibly restrained herself.

Xiao Ruoling and Huang Shiron both frowned and glared at him.

Cheng Tianfeng, wearing a blue robe, looked graceful and elegant, resembling a young scholar, not the overwhelming Princely Heir.

“Pardon my intrusion.” He clasped his fists and smiled, his eyes burning brightly.

The intense gaze reluctantly moved away from Xiao Ruoling’s face, then swept over Huang Shiron, finally resting on Li Hongzhao.

Li Hongzhao’s exquisitely beautiful face was tense, her phoenix eyes seemingly smiling yet not, stirring Cheng Tianfeng’s heart.

Truly worthy of being Tianjing’s number one beauty.

Her beauty, her elegance, indeed had the deanor of overwhelming everyone alone.

Standing beside her was only Xiao Ruoling; otherwise, she would have been overshadowed long ago, losing all her charm.

Such an extraordinarily beautiful woman, how could he miss her?

He felt a strong desire in his heart, eager to embrace her lovingly and never part.

Li Hongzhao ignored his greedy and infatuated look and chuckled, “Cheng Tianfeng, you ca uninvited!”

She had seen such a gaze many tis.

But so what?

Just a thought, wishful thinking!

“…Greetings, Your Highness.” Cheng Tianfeng’s eyes burned, a smile on his lips, clasping his fists, he said, “Forgive , Princess.

I was too eager to see the Princess, and the people downstairs were dawdling for ages without notifying you, so I decided not to trouble the Princess to welco and just ca up myself.”

Li Hongzhao’s phoenix eyes slightly narrowed, “I didn’t intend to invite you up, didn’t want to see you.”

“Why does Your Highness not want to see ?” Cheng Tianfeng said with a smile.

“You know your own reputation.” Li Hongzhao pointed at her own eyes, shaking her head, “Lustful as life, a devil of desire.”

Cheng Tianfeng imdiately wore an expression of injustice, “Doesn’t Your Highness know about the spread of falsehoods?

It’s just exaggeration.

I do like beautiful faces but cherish every woman as a treasure, cherishing them imnsely.”

“That’s because you consider them yours, naturally cherishing them.” Li Hongzhao sneered, “But you’ve used quite a few ans to forcefully take them!

…Forget it, how are the talks with Da Jing going, are you really joining forces against us, Da ng?”

“That’s right!” Cheng Tianfeng’s face sank.

His gaze swept to Xiao Ruoling and Huang Shiron, and he said indifferently, “Why don’t I see Chu Zhiyuan?”

The Da Jing side was negotiating with them, yet started courting Da ng too.

What was the intention, playing both sides?

Was the alliance with Da Zhen fake, and the alliance with Da ng real?

Was Da Jing planning to ally with Da ng, first dealing with Da Zhen, and then splitting it up?

Although the speculation seed far-fetched.

But often, things in the world exceeded imagination; one had to think differently, think more strangely.

The logic of sharing a common threat was well understood, but if Da ng gave Da Jing enough guarantees and benefits, letting Da Jing grow strong enough to resist Da Zhen, what then?

If Da Jing could grow stronger by annexing Da Zhen, could it then resist Da ng, would Da Jing agree?

If it were Da Zhen, they might agree.

After all, allying with others to resist Da ng isn’t as good as strengthening oneself to resist Da ng.

Even though Da ng’s move might be a malicious attempt to deceive, it could be turned to one’s advantage, depending on whose tactics were superior.

He caught sight of Chu Zhiyuan’s guards from a distance.

Just as Xiao Ruoling had already entered the teahouse, he only saw Guo Chi and the other three, not Xiao Ruoling.

And thus assud Chu Zhiyuan was present.

Chu Zhiyuan and Li Hongzhao t in private, what were they up to?

Whatever it was, it’s best to ruin it.

Unexpectedly, upon coming up, he saw these three won, like three lotus blossoms, dazzling him.

Xiao Ruoling’s presence sobered him.

He had promised Chu Zhiyuan not to trouble Xiao Ruoling again, and his master had assured him not to break his vow.

The assurance of a Great Grandmaster should be followed, or face backlash.

He forcibly moved his gaze past Xiao Ruoling, focusing on Li Hongzhao, using her allure to counter Xiao Ruoling’s fatal charm.

Li Hongzhao was stunning as a flower, her lips like fire, equally captivating, gripping his heart.

“Chu Zhiyuan, huh…” Li Hongzhao laughed, “He’s in seclusion, how can he be seen?”

“I thought he would be out by now.”

Li Hongzhao laughed charmingly, “I heard Cheng Tianfeng got quite a beating from him, how dare you et him again?”

Cheng Tianfeng’s expression imdiately darkened, “Outmatched is all, there’s nothing to say.”

“That’s true.” Li Hongzhao nodded, “Outmatched, nothing to say.

But it’s impressive you recovered so quickly, just thinking about it makes it feel unfair for you!”

Cheng Tianfeng frowned, glaring at her in displeasure.

Others feared Li Hongzhao; he didn’t.

His master was nearby, ready to protect him anyti.

A Grandmaster was powerless against a Great Grandmaster!

If she, a Grandmaster, dared to bully him, an Innate, then don’t bla a Great Grandmaster for bullying her, a Grandmaster.

Li Hongzhao laughed, “Think about how once you were full of youthful vigor, before coming to Da Jing, thinking your skills were enough to trample this generation of Da Jing princely heirs, making them bow their heads, right?”

“Your Highness’s thoughts are overly sinister,” Cheng Tianfeng coldly replied, “We and Da Jing rely agreed on a Princely Heir competition.”

“Whoever wins marries the other’s Princess?” Li Hongzhao laughed.

Cheng Tianfeng said faintly, “That’s right.”

“But you always thought you could win, and win decisively, as if crushing them, right?”

“…”

“Yet you were crushed by Chu Zhiyuan, hahaha…” Li Hongzhao laughed recklessly, shaking with laughter.

Cheng Tianfeng’s expression grew darker as he glared at her.

“Oh, did I hit a sore spot?

Are you angry out of sha now?” Li Hongzhao wanted to take this opportunity to suppress him nicely.

She had wanted to suppress him for a long ti but never had the chance.

Moreover, suppressing him would be beneficial for the upcoming negotiations with Da Jing.

“Does Your Highness think I’m weak?”

“Aren’t you?”

“Then please, Your Highness, give so pointers!” Cheng Tianfeng said coldly.

He slowly drew his sword from its sheath.

“Oh, quite bold, aren’t you?” Li Hongzhao giggled, “Do you really want to fight ?”

“Exactly!”

“Alright, it’s too tight here; let’s go down!” Li Hongzhao leaped out the window, floating down to the street.

By now, the street had already been cleared by the Stepping Cloud Iron Cavalry.

Cheng Tianfeng let out a cold laugh, and just before leaping out the window, he glanced at Xiao Ruoling and Huang Shiron before vaulting down.

Xiao Ruoling looked at Huang Shiron, “What does he an by that?”

“To tell us not to get close?” Huang Shiron responded.

Xiao Ruoling slightly furrowed her brows, coming to the window.

Li Hongzhao held a clear and cold longsword pointed at Cheng Tianfeng.

Cheng Tianfeng also held a sword pointed at Li Hongzhao.

They stood their ground while the Stepping Cloud Iron Cavalry and Lingshuang Iron Cavalry each occupied a semicircle, keeping the onlookers at bay.
