At the end of the day, it wasn’t actually Jun Mohuang who went to look for the jade-horned python of her own accord. She’d been dragged into it by these people.

Su Zhijing hated her vulnerability and the looks of disdain everyone was showing her. These peasants were so daring to mock her like that!
After issuing the threat, she rolled her sleeves up and left pathetically.
Not only was her threat ineffective, it even backfired and made the crowd more averse to her.
“Pfft!”
Who did Su Zhijing think she was? She was just a cheap and evil woman. She landed herself in this state while trying to harm someone else. It served her right!
