"Can we start now?"

Jaeger nodded, calm and composed, his Noble Phantasms ready.

"Yes," he said simply.

"Let's begin."

But before anyone moved, Aizen raised his sword.

"Shatter, Kyōka Suigetsu."

A wave of energy burst out, enveloping both Saitama and Jaeger in perfect, undetectable hypnosis.

"From this mont on," Aizen said calmly, "everything you see, hear, feel—it's my illusion. I am invincible."

Jaeger tilted his head slightly. "…You sure about that?"

Saitama stared at his palm. "Hypnosis? Is that like when I forget what I had for lunch?"

Aizen spoke with a gentle smile and effortless confidence.

"You don't understand. You've already lost."

Jaeger didn't reply. He simply raised his hand, gold energy crackling from his sword.

"Even with the illusion... if I slash this sword... will it hit the real you?"

Aizen froze, his composed smile faltering for the briefest mont.

Jaeger didn't wait.

He twisted his wrist, and golden light arced through the air.
