"The best decision I ever made was bringing you back from that garbage heap," Machi suddenly said, her gaze resting on Morin as he tidied up.
"And that was the luckiest thing to happen to since coming into this world," Morin replied, smiling warmly at her.
Machi's lips curved slightly in response.
"Alright," Morin said, glancing at the broken, scattered remains of the bed. "Next on the agenda: figuring out where to sleep."
The Next Morning
A bright, refreshing morning unfolded.
"Machi! Morin! We're here!"
Uvogin arrived, arms laden with stones, alongside Nobunaga. They noticed the door was left open.
"Are they both out?" Uvogin wondered aloud.
With their guard up, they used En to survey the area and confird there were no active auras inside. Upon entering the house, they noticed the lack of any signs of a struggle.
"They don't have to worry about food—what reason could they have for going out?" Uvogin mused.
"Idiot," Nobunaga said with a sideways glance. "You broke their bed yesterday. Of course, they're out looking for another one."
Uvogin rolled his eyes. "Like you didn't sit on it too."
Just as the two began another back-and-forth, a bright pink door suddenly materialized before them.
"What the—what is this thing?!"
Both stared at the unexpected sight, frozen in place. But recalling yesterday's magical tablecloth that conjured food, they started piecing it together.
"Morin? Is this your doing?"
The door creaked open, revealing Morin mid-yawn. "Yeah, it's . It's early, and I could hear you two yelling. Not exactly a peaceful wake-up call."
Behind him stood Machi, leaning casually against the doorfra, her sharp gaze fixed on them.
"What is this thing now?" Uvogin asked, craning his neck to peer past the pink door.
Both their eyes widened at the sight beyond—a space that seed like an entirely different world. Inside were neatly arranged tatami mats, a well-equipped kitchen, a tastefully designed living room, and countless other features that contrasted starkly with the ramshackle state of Machi's house.
"This," Morin explained, gesturing behind him, "is the Universal Door Sticker."

Morin had drawn this item at midnight. At first glance, he thought it resembled the iconic Anywhere Door because of its pink hue. However, upon closer inspection, he realized it lacked the advanced portal functionality, instead serving as a stationary, self-contained habitat.
In his current situation, though, the Universal Door Sticker was far more practical. It provided a safe, comfortable living space, fully outfitted with modern anities—worlds apart from the creaky wooden bed he had been stuck with.
The mont he obtained it, he had woken Machi to share the discovery, leading to the scene the others witnessed today.
"A door leading to a whole new house—unbelievable," Uvogin remarked as they cautiously stepped inside at Morin's invitation.
The interior decor, while simple, seed luxurious to them. Uvogin, however, quickly moved on.
"Not bad," he said casually, "but can I move in?"
Nobunaga's expression soured. "You're leaving out?!"
"Sorry, no can do," Morin replied, shrugging. "There's not enough room."
Even if there was, he thought, glancing at Machi, who now called this place ho, he wasn't about to let anyone else disrupt their arrangent.
"Oh well," Uvogin said, unfazed. "Between the magical tablecloth and this door sticker, you've got so seriously impressive stuff, Morin."
Nobunaga nodded in agreent, silently impressed.
"There's more where that ca from," Morin said with a chuckle. "They're tools created through my Nen ability."
Morin's Nen Ability
"Nen tools?" Uvogin asked, his curiosity piqued.
"Exactly," Morin said. "Nen abilities are unique techniques tailored to an individual's affinity and characteristics. My ability, rooted in Conjuration, allows to create various tools with unique functions. But," he added, his tone serious, "Nen abides by the law of equivalent exchange. The stronger the effect, the greater the conditions and restrictions."
Uvogin imdiately thought back to the magical tablecloth. "So, does that an even the tablecloth has so kind of cost?"
"Not really," Morin reassured him. "I wouldn't use or share an item with a cost I couldn't handle."
Uvogin sighed in relief, while Nobunaga nodded thoughtfully.
"So," Machi interjected, "your abilities revolve around creating tools, and their restrictions are tied to their usage?"
"That's right," Morin replied. "When developing your own Nen ability, it's crucial to consider your strengths and weaknesses to establish appropriate conditions and limits."
He emphasized, "Rember, a Nen ability is a user's ultimate trump card and secret. Never reveal your ability or its restrictions unless absolutely necessary."
His serious tone left a strong impression on the group. They appreciated the trust Morin placed in them by sharing his ability.
Training Continues
Uvogin and Nobunaga resud their rigorous stone-breaking regin, aiming to smash 1,000 rocks daily. Machi, anwhile, practiced shaping her aura into numbers from 1 to 9, her thoughts already charting her future path in Nen developnt.
As for Morin, he sat cross-legged, closing his eyes.
"It's ti to put my plan into motion," he thought.
"I'll work on reducing the Nen and aura cost of using my tools through new restrictions and vows."
