Open your eyes wide.

Aside from the various wealthy individuals, a considerable number of dangerous characters have also arrived in this city. Needless to say, the Shadow Beasts, whom the Ten Dons rely on to guard the auction items, are present. However, this city conceals figures far more terrifying than the Shadow Beasts.

On the open road, cars occasionally roar past, kicking up clouds of dust. As the dust settles, four figures slowly erge from the horizon, where the land ets the sky.

"It's been a long ti since all thirteen of us have gathered together like this, hasn't it?"

Nobunaga, dressed in a classic Japanese yukata and shorts, already embodies the image of a neon ronin. With a white cloth tied around his abdon and inner ankle, long hair in a high bun, and a scruffy beard, ti has turned him into a middle-aged man.

"Apart from the incident in the Kingdom of Mosebia, we've mostly collaborated privately. Official gatherings like this have been rare."

Feitan, wearing a black cloak with a skull pattern that covers his mouth, with dium-length dark blue hair and slender golden eyes, spoke up.

His stature hasn't changed over the years, maintaining a consistent physique. However, Feitan doesn't see it that way and has switched to a larger cloak that doesn't hinder his movents. The cloak muffles his voice slightly.

"But this ti, we've got a new mber, right? Since the founding of the Phantom Troupe, this is the first ti we've replaced a mber."

"Number 4 has been replaced by Hisoka... To be honest, I don't like either of those guys."

Nobunaga scratched his head in confusion. "Is there sothing special about the number 4? I just can't get along with them."

"Hisoka, that perverted guy... Machi, will he co today?"

Franklin, whose physique has grown more imposing, resembling Frankenstein's monster, asked Machi beside him:

"I don't know. Don't ask ."

Machi replied coolly, "But I've already notified him. Whether he cos or not is up to him."

Feitan also expressed his opinion on Hisoka:

"I don't like that guy, Hisoka. His temperant is too nasty, but why does the boss allow him to ss around?"

"Maybe it's because he's strong? His ability, 'Bungee Gum,' is indeed formidable."

Nobunaga stroked his chin, recalling. He had crossed paths with Hisoka before and rembered his abilities.

"Honestly, in terms of being troubleso, he's indeed hard to deal with... but that's all."

"The boss must have his own reasons. Haven't you noticed?"

Machi said calmly:

"Since the operation at the Mosesbia Royal Palace, the boss seems to have developed a particular interest."

"That does seem to be the case."

The group nodded slightly, recalling Chrollo's actions over the years.

"By the way, how's Morlin been? It's been a long ti since I've seen him."

Compared to Hisoka and Chrollo, Nobunaga was more eager to et Morlin.

"He should have arrived already."

Machi crossed her arms. "He called earlier. He's already in the city, probably with Uvogin."

"Uvogin? That guy beat here again."

Nobunaga scratched his head, a bit annoyed. "By the way, where's Phinks? Why didn't he co with you?"

Franklin turned to Feitan.

"That guy lost everything playing mahjong with us and owes Shalnark a lot of money."

Feitan recounted Phinks' misfortune matter-of-factly:

"He should have arrived in the city ahead of us, probably 'earning' money to pay off his debt sowhere."

Yes, in their four-player mahjong gas, Nobunaga and Phinks were the worst losers. Phinks, with his explosive and impatient temper, usually lost the most. Ever since he picked up the bad habit of playing mahjong with Feitan and the others, Phinks has been perpetually bankrupt.

"That's truly unfortunate."

Franklin said it was unfortunate, but there wasn't a hint of sympathy in his voice. The group continued to walk through the vast expanse of yellow sand.

On the highway beside them, a luxurious black sedan slowly drove past. After Kurapika and his group arrived in Yorknew City, they boarded a car sent by the Nostrade family's local business to pick up Neon.

The vehicle slowly passed by the mbers of the Phantom Troupe.

Despite the blood feud between them, they brushed past each other.

This was a classic scene in the original story.

At this mont, in the car, the head bodyguard, Dalzollene, following orders from his boss Light Nostrade, was having Neon perform fortune-telling for a few particularly close underworld bosses with business ties.

Neon is the daughter of Light Nostrade, the head of the Nostrade family. Growing up in the mafia, she has witnessed nurous life-and-death situations and has seen her fair share of the underworld's dealings.

The requests for her fortune-telling have beco so frequent that she's lost count.

Consequently, her father, realizing her potential, and the environnt she was raised in, have led Neon to develop a peculiar hobby of collecting human body parts, including organs and viscera.

The only redeeming aspect is that Neon has only collected from the deceased and hasn't targeted the living. Despite her sweet and charming appearance, her personality is eccentric and unpredictable, creating a stark contrast.

Neon's fortune-telling Nen ability, "Lovely Ghostwriter," allows her to automatically write predictions of events that will occur within the next month.

The prophecies vary for each individual, usually composed of four rhyming quatrains. Her predictions are highly accurate, making many mafia bosses heavily reliant on her abilities.

The rapid rise of the Nostrade family's status in the underworld, and Light Nostrade's leadership, are primarily due to this girl's foresight.

As such, Light Nostrade treasures his daughter imnsely, granting her every request as long as she agrees to perform a reading for him.

After so bargaining, Neon finally began her fortune-telling. During the session, Dalzollene's phone rang.

"Boss, it's Dalzollene. One of the mafia families doesn't need a reading? Why... A riot is breaking out in Yorknew City? Countless people are dead or injured? Many mafia families have been wiped out?"

Dalzollene looked at his phone in disbelief.

"It's being done by a fierce guy with no eyebrows, swinging his arms around? He's... robbing?"

In Yorknew City, the mafia families reign supre. With the upcoming Yorknew City Auction, renowned gangs from all six continents have gathered.

This is a convergence of power, and stirring up trouble here ans going against the entire world's mafia. Anyone with a bit of sense would know that now is the ti to keep a low profile in Yorknew City. Causing a commotion would invite a global mafia manhunt!

However, for those who are reckless and audacious, this place is nothing short of a cash cow.

At this mont, on a street in Yorknew City:

"Ripper Cyclotron!"

Phinks punched, sending cars and mafia mbers flying down the street. The destructive power of his Nen ability was undeniable.

"Damn, like a swarm of flies, never leaving alone," Phinks muttered, casually spitting and gathering the cash and gold he had snatched up, quickly disappearing from the street.

anwhile, in Yorknew City, a wanted notice was being circulated among all the mafia present. The photo clearly displayed Phinks' distinctive, eyebrow-less face.

"This photo... is of a mber of the Phantom Troupe?!"

When the Nostrade family arrived at their establishnt, the bodyguards were already aware of the troublemaker causing chaos in Yorknew City.

Kurapika, upon seeing the photo, imdiately recognized Phinks' face. During the Phantom Troupe's attack on the Kingdom of Mosesbia, images of Uvogin, Nobunaga, Phinks, Feitan, and Chrollo had been leaked.

Kurapika, still unclear about who was responsible for his clan's massacre, morized these faces. However, now, Kurapika's emotions were calm, his eyes no longer turning scarlet.

"Yes, this is one of the notorious mbers of the Phantom Troupe, the S-class world-renowned criminal group following the Kude Bandits."

Dalzollene addressed the gathered group with seriousness:

"The Ten Dons have issued orders to capture this guy who dares to challenge our mafia's authority."

"And we must make an example of him, to show the world that even Phantom Troupe mbers must behave when they enter our territory!"

"Currently, this guy's bounty has spread throughout the underworld and mafia circles. The boss wants us to fully cooperate with the Ten Dons' efforts."

"If we can find and capture him first, all the better!"
