Leorio adjusted the brand-new pair of Ging-style glasses that Gon had bought for him, pushing them up his nose.
"If you keep spending money like this, how will you have anything left for the future?"
He was a bit worried about Gon's excessive spending, fearing that the kid might develop an unhealthy attitude towards money.
"Don't worry," Killua said, running a hand through his striking silver hair. "Gon's dad has power and wealth on par with a country's president. Once Gon finds him, he can get reimbursed for all these expenses."
Just a mont ago, he and Leorio had joined Gon for a spa session. They even got a hair treatnt, which was incredibly relaxing.
"And even if his dad doesn't reimburse him, Aunt Mito can take care of him, so relax."
Killua teased with a grin. When it ca to money, the Zoldyck family had plenty of resources. If Gon ever truly ran out of money, Killua figured he could always support him.

Leorio wanted to say more, but Gon quickly interrupted him:
"Don't worry, Leorio. I'm not that foolish!"
Gon's face lit up with an innocent smile. "The auction for the Greed Island ga is coming up, and I plan to spend a lot of money on it."
"I haven't wasted any extra money on other things."
Leorio was puzzled. "Then what about all these services and our living expenses?"
"They're covered by soone else's checks!"
Gon stuck out his tongue. "When I won 50 million Jenny at the underground arena, the organizer wasn't very friendly when I went to collect the money."
"So, when he wasn't paying attention, I had him sign his na on his checkbook. That way, I could fill in the amount and spend his money."
"Whoever signs the checkbook is responsible for the expenses. I made sure to confirm this with the bank beforehand."
"So, all the money we're spending now is on the underground arena organizer's tab."

Leorio: "I'm going for another sauna and foot massage, and this ti I'll definitely call for more top-tier service ladies, hehehe... slurp!!!"
Gon: "...Leorio, you're drooling. You might want to wipe that off."
The trio had been living the high life, experiencing what it felt like to be truly wealthy.
When Kurapika called to arrange a etup, they reluctantly erged from the dessert shop and sauna.
"You guys..."
Kurapika was montarily taken aback when he saw Leorio, Gon, and Killua.
"Why do you seem different from before?!"
"People change," Leorio said, looking sowhat pale and worn out from their recent escapades. His eyes were vacant as he spoke with a mysterious air.
Next to him, Killua glanced at Leorio's legs.
You can barely stand, can't you?!
"Hey, Kurapika, we got you a gift!!"
Gon handed Kurapika a beautifully wrapped gift box.
"Thank you all!!"
Kurapika accepted it, feeling a warm sensation in his heart.
"Why don't you open it and see?"
Killua urged excitedly from the side.
Leorio and Gon both watched with anticipation.
"Alright?"
Kurapika smiled and began unwrapping the gift box.
As he opened it, he paused for a mont.
"Thank you so much!"

Kurapika looked up at Gon, Killua, and Leorio in front of him:
"This is truly the best gift ever!!!"
Inside the box, there wasn't anything particularly luxurious—just four simple dolls.
They weren't crafted by any master artisan and appeared quite rough at first glance. Yet, to Kurapika, this was a gift of imnse significance.
That's because those four dolls represented himself, Gon, Leorio, and Killua. The dolls' appearances and their painted clothes matched them perfectly.
"Thank you all so much."
Kurapika smiled brightly, his eyes filled with warmth. For soone who had lost his clan and was all alone, this was indeed the best gift.
It proved that he still had companions, friends who cared about him.
"I heard you've been raising money lately?"
Kurapika pondered for a mont and said, "I've been working as a bodyguard recently, earning so money, so I can offer so additional help."
"No need, we're not short on money now!!"
ntioning money, Leorio puffed out his chest with confidence, waving his hand grandly:
"Just take care of yourself!!!"
He rarely felt this assured in front of Kurapika.

"That's good," Kurapika felt relieved.
"You should have t up with Morin too, right?"
Kurapika ntioned Morin, who wasn't present.
"We did, and the reason we're not short on money is because of the tool Morin lent us!"
Gon nodded, then his eyes lit up as he seed to recall sothing, turning to Killua beside him:
"Actually, before lending us the tool, Morin also told about a new way to make money, but I didn't go for it."
"A new way to make money?"
Leorio and Killua were curious:
"What is it?"
"Well..."
Gon glanced at Killua beside him. "Morin said we could sell Killua."
Killua: "???????! ???!!!"
"Don't make that face; it's not about selling you as a person."
Seeing Killua's shocked cat-like expression, Gon scratched the back of his head.
"I was startled when I first heard it too."
"But Morin quickly explained that it wasn't about selling you, Killua, but rather your identity information and images."
"Identity information and images?!"
Leorio was puzzled.

Killua said with his cat-like eyes. "The information about the Zoldyck family is quite valuable out there."
