"Avada Kedavra!"
Without hesitation, Kael cast the most deadly spell.
A brilliant green light shot toward Saruman.
But Saruman casually pointed his staff at a nearby boulder, which instantly flew over to block the Killing Curse's attack.
"Using such evil Dark Magic. I see Gandalf is becoming increasingly muddled, actually considering you one of his own," Saruman said with righteous indignation and cold laughter.
"If you ask , a Dark wizard like you should be detained and thoroughly interrogated to see if you're in league with the Dark forces."
Kael snorted coldly, his face showing mockery.
"Who's in league with the Dark Forces? Don't you know best yourself, Saruman? If I hadn't just seen it in your mories, I wouldn't have discovered you had such audacity, actually daring to conspire with Sauron. Aren't you afraid of being used and becoming Sauron's puppet?"
Saruman's face imdiately darkened, his sharp eyes looking at him coldly.
"I don't know what you're talking about. I'm a White Wizard, leader of the forces of good. How could I possibly dance with darkness?"
"Boy, you dare slander like this. I must teach you a lesson and show you what it ans to have trouble co from careless words!"
With that, he raised his staff and instantly released a bolt of lightning toward Kael.
"Confringo!"
Kael reacted quickly, likewise releasing a spell.
The two collided, creating a massive explosion and shockwave that turned the surrounding area into scorched earth.
Kael was sent flying by the shockwave. Before landing, he nimbly adjusted his posture in mid-air, and then the mont he touched ground, he unhesitatingly used his Animagus transformation, becoming an owl and rapidly flying toward the periter.
Though uncertain how large Saruman's Anti-Apparition ward was, as long as he escaped this range, his mobility would beco much more flexible.
Naturally, Saruman wouldn't allow Kael to escape. Without him saying anything, the warg beneath him gave chase at extre speed.
Saruman chanted ancient Quenya incantations, summoning storms to impede Kael's progress.
Then he used his staff to release massive fireballs at Kael, which exploded upon impact, blasting huge craters.
In the storm, Kael's flight was difficult, and he had to narrowly dodge the fireball attacks.
Seeing Saruman closing in step by step, Kael suddenly dove straight toward Saruman, instantly transforming back to human form in mid-air.
"Reducto!" In the mont of suspension, Kael pointed his wand at Saruman and cast.
Saruman raised his staff to block the spell, easily neutralizing it.
But before he could mock Kael's futile efforts, a sharp silver spear ca flying, arriving just monts after the spell.
The spear was unstoppable, carrying magic-breaking sharpness that even magic could hardly withstand.
Saruman's expression changed slightly. Rather than face it head-on, he nimbly dodged to the side.
But his warg couldn't avoid it. With a whining howl, it was pierced through by the spear and killed instantly.
Saruman sowhat awkwardly jumped off the warg. Looking at his dead mount and that spear, his face was very dark.
"Spear Aeglos. I never expected Gil-galad's weapon to be in your hands. Your luck is truly enviable, boy!"
"Unfortunately, whether it's the divine spear or the palantír, they'll all beco part of my collection, and you have nowhere to escape."
With that, he struck the ground heavily with his staff, releasing massive impact rings that surged toward Kael.
"Protego Maxima!"
Kael's expression changed as he held his staff with both hands, casting the protective charm with full power.
But under Saruman's trendous magical impact, Kael's protective barrier continuously contracted, and he was forced to retreat under the assault, his feet carving two tracks in the ground.
Kael gritted his teeth and persisted, veins bulging on his forehead.
But the shockwave struck him like overwhelming mountains and seas. He was like a small boat tossed about, constantly at risk of capsizing.
He finally understood the power of a White Wizard. If he had no other thods, he might well perish here today!
Saruman across from him also showed a mocking expression.
"Stop struggling, 'Black Wizard boy.' You simply don't understand what being a White Wizard ans. The gap between us is like a stream compared to an ocean. If I didn't need you alive, do you think I'd let you struggle this long?"
With that, he struck again with his staff, sending an even more powerful magical shockwave.
Kael's magical barrier was instantly shattered, breaking like glass.
He was heavily sent flying, his wand spinning from his grip to land in the distance.
Kael crashed to the ground with a muffled grunt, his face instantly pale, his body wracked with intense pain.
For a mont, Kael's consciousness slipped toward unconsciousness, his vision blackening as he nearly passed out.
Saruman picked up Kael's wand and examined it.
"Mallorn heartwood, with Elessar erald. Such a fine wand wasted on you, truly a waste of treasure!" Saruman spoke with mockery tinged with jealousy.
When he first ca to Middle-earth, seeking to craft the most powerful staff, he had asked Galadriel for an elven gem.
But he hadn't received the treatnt Kael had, being gifted one of Galadriel's prized Elessar stones.
Holding both staves, Saruman slowly approached Kael.
Kael had recovered. The Ent-draught he'd drunk earlier was still taking effect, rapidly healing his injuries.
With his wand taken, Kael moved his hand, and a wand strapped to his left forearm automatically sprang into his palm.
His right hand grasped at empty air, and Flammifer instantly appeared.
Waving his wand, all the surrounding trees ca alive and attacked Saruman.
Flammifer slashed through the air, releasing a scorching blade of energy toward Saruman.
"Trees? I hate these trees most of all!" Seeing the seemingly living trees around him, Saruman imdiately thought of Ents, his expression becoming very ugly.
One staff released defensive spells to block the trees' attacks while the other released fireballs to burn them.
He nimbly avoided the energy blade's attack, moving with agility completely unlike an old man.
As if growing impatient, Saruman forcefully shook off the surrounding trees, pointed one staff at Kael, and sent an energy attack that instantly pinned him against a tree trunk, knocking the wand and sword from his hands.
"Alright, ga over," Saruman said with cold laughter.
He approached leisurely, pressing his staff against Kael to prevent movent, then glanced at the wand on the ground.
"This little stick is the wand you created?" He picked it up and carefully sensed it, jealousy flashing in his eyes.
As one of Middle-earth's top sages, his discernnt naturally recognized this wand's groundbreaking and universal nature.
But such a creation ca from the hands of a nobody he looked down upon.
Proud Saruman found this difficult to accept.
When he tried to cast with the wand and felt its resistance and refusal to serve him, Saruman's expression grew even uglier.
"Hmph! A weak wand dares defy the great White Saruman!"
He gripped the wand tightly, with force as if to snap it.
Just then, pinned against the tree trunk, Kael looked at Saruman only feet away and suddenly erupted.
"Flammifer!"
The sword that had fallen nearby vanished and instantly appeared in Kael's hand at his call.
Another wand also sprang into his other hand.
"Finite Incantatem!" The wand released a spell that instantly broke Saruman's magic holding Kael.
Simultaneously multitasking, Kael swung Flammifer with his other hand, slashing at Saruman.
Saruman hadn't expected Kael to have another wand. At close range, he quickly raised his staff to block Flammifer's attack.
Clang! Flammifer struck the staff with a tallic sound, sparks flying instantly.
Though Saruman's staff successfully blocked Flammifer, being made of wood, it was directly cut with a fla-scorched gash.
Flammifer even simultaneously released an energy blade that cut off so of Saruman's beard and hair.
The unpleasant sll of burned hair imdiately filled the air.
Missing with one strike, Kael swung his sword again in close combat against Saruman.
Seeing his cut and singed beard and hair, Saruman flew into embarrassed rage, terrible magical power erupting to send Kael flying.
"You deserve to die!"
Saruman released lightning toward Kael.
Kael took a sharp breath and hastily cast with full power.
"Confringo! Protego!"
Spell and lightning collided again, the trendous impact sending Kael flying.
But having cast Protego in advance, he wasn't seriously hard.
Seeing several more massive fireballs coming his way, after dodging and dispersing them, Kael caught his breath and snorted coldly.
"So only you can play with fire, is that it!"
With that, he summoned Fiendfyre.
The cursed flas spread rapidly, forming a Fiendfyre serpent that attacked Saruman.
Saruman's expression beca slightly more serious as he waved his staff, releasing powerful magic to continuously beat back the Fiendfyre.
Seeing this, Kael increased his magical output. The Fiendfyre surged again, reforming into a Balrog wielding a Fiendfyre whip that lashed at Saruman.
"Hmph! I don't even fear real Balrogs, much less your hollow imitation!"
Saruman bombarded the Fiendfyre Balrog with his staff, preventing the flas from approaching.
Then lightning struck the Fiendfyre Balrog's chest. It let out a wail and could no longer maintain its form, directly collapsing.
But just then, Kael showed joy.
The Fiendfyre had spread everywhere, inadvertently dispelling the magic Saruman had placed around the area.
He could use Apparition again!
"Avada Kedavra!" Kael instantly appeared behind Saruman and cast the Killing Curse.
Saruman reacted extrely quickly, successfully blocking Kael's sneak attack.
But missing with one strike, Kael instantly used Apparition to appear elsewhere and attack again.
Kael began playing guerrilla warfare with Saruman like this.
