In the Pure Thought Zen Sect, within the deep, serene, and peaceful Zen temple, where ancient pines and green cypresses stand among rugged layers of rocks.
On the western end of the Zen temple, a majestic hall, inscribed with "Abbot’s Court," with seven rooms wide and a nine-ridged hipped roof, is built beside the cliff edge, the terrain exceedingly dangerous.
Three figures of worldly beauty are waiting in the reception room at the entrance of the Abbot’s Court, looking out of place in this Buddhist sanctuary.
The reception room has no furniture or decorations, only many portraits hanging on the walls, all of which are portraits of the abbots of Pure Thought Zen Sect throughout the ages.
These portraits, although varying in shape and size, were all drawn with great care, depicting each person with a majestic appearance, blessed with Buddha’s light, gentle and compassionate, all looking like living Bodhisattvas of great rcy and compassion.
Beside each portrait is a na and inscriptions detailing the person’s ordination and entry into tranquility.
The portraits are arranged in chronological order. When reaching the last portrait on the left wall, it shows an old monk with white hair and beard, deep wrinkles crisscrossing his face, appearing at least seventy years old, but the brows and face sowhat resemble Master Liao Kong who is currently heading to Black Wind Village, as if it’s Master Liao Kong in his old age.
The three won waiting know that this old monk in the portrait is Liao Kong, as the portrait only ntions the ordination year and not the date of passing. Although rejuvenation is extrely rare, for the Pure Thought Zen Sect, hailed as a sanctified place similar to Cihang Jingzhai, it isn’t unheard of.
The three won didn’t wait long before the first painting on the right began to move without wind.
The three won stiffened slightly, becoming more respectful as they perford a disciple’s greeting to the ditating old monk in the portrait.

It was the fifth day after the "mass Du Jie" event of Black Wind Village, which had beco famous throughout the Martial World.
Torrential rain poured down like a surging white flood, the rainwater cascading from the tile roofs like an endless curtain of water onto the steps of the Black Wind Village Chief’s room, washing over the ground, forming bubbles that burst and vanished.
Such heavy rain had continued for four days after the Heavenly Tribulation, with several incidents of earthen walls collapsing in the Black Wind Village.
Even the villages and towns at the foot of the mountain were affected by the flood disaster, with farmland flooded, crops ruined, fish ponds overflowed, and villagers’ houses at risk of being subrged at any ti.
Jiang Dali tily issued a grounded "Flood Control and Flood Relief" Black Wind daily task, urging the players in the village to go down the mountain and help the people of the surrounding villages and towns with flood control and relief, even bringing with them stored grain and warm clothing from the village as donated disaster relief supplies.
