Black Wind Village, an entity of the Green Forest Force, could hardly be called significant in the vast sea of the Martial World, barely skating by without notice. Yet in just a few short days, it had managed to carve out a noteworthy reputation, causing many Players to rember this seemingly insignificant power and naturally drawing the attention of the officials.
The authorities had always held a curious and investigative attitude toward the Mixed Martial Arts World.
In fact, even before internal testing began, they had pre-emptively arranged for many to enter the Mixed Martial Arts World, attempting to control this world.
But perhaps due to lackluster progress, the officials decided to open the Mixed Martial Arts World to the whole world, inviting Players into it in the form of a ga.
In the eyes of the Players, the Mixed Martial Arts World was an extrely foreign place filled with oddities, but in the eyes of the powerful within the officials, it wasn’t all that special.
Especially a small Green Forest mountain bandit force, such small factions were frequently contacted by so of the officials’ stronger entities in the past, using them as the initial whetstones.
And now, this inconspicuous little force had suddenly spawned a figure who rose to prominence, seemingly indicating so special event.
At this ti,
Inside a tavern in Lin New City of Hui Prefecture, three Martial World guests wearing bamboo hats were seated at an inner table discussing Black Wind Village.
"In my view, the Black Wind Village Chief is rely at the Inner Qi Realm, without having learned any exceptional Martial Arts. Though he is a small BOSS and his Qi-Blood may be much more robust, he’s not that difficult to handle. This ti, the three of us will take him down directly to see if we can trigger any special events."
A player, dressed in blue and ard with a Curved Blade, said calmly.
The yellow-clothed woman sitting beside him shook her head slightly, "Although the three of us are at the Inner Qi Realm strength, we do not have the advantage of terrain. Just charging up the mountain like this, Black Wind Village has many n and strong montum. If we can’t imdiately take down the Black Wind Village Chief, we’ll be in a dangerous situation."
"Zuihua is right. I think it’s wiser to use our wits. Isn’t Black Wind Village recruiting right now? We can send so people to join, and after they’re in, we’ll work from the inside out to take down that Black Wind Village Chief."
A man wearing cowhide Protective Bracelets said.
The young man with the Curved Blade nodded, "Qing Niu is reasonable. However, this ans we’ll spend more ti on this matter, and we might miss out on Lu Xiaofeng, that famous Hero."
"That’s not a problem. Lu Xiaofeng ca to Hui Prefecture to investigate Qingyi Building, and he hasn’t arrived yet. When the ti cos, we’ll adapt according to the situation. The main thing now is to fulfill our instructions from above, to thoroughly investigate Black Wind Village."
"Alright, let’s set out now and also contact so new brothers to have them join Black Wind Village first."
...
Two days later.
On the hillside behind Black Wind Village,
More than a dozen mountain bandits were trembling, scattered around, watching a standoff between a man and a tiger on the slope.
The man was tall and solid like a tower, dressed in a tight samurai costu. His muscles were bulging prominently, making it impossible for his clothing to conceal his outline. His eyes were sharp and cold, causing anyone who t his gaze to feel scorched and to instinctively look away.
The tiger was a huge adult beast, its body covered in yellow and black patterns.
It raised its head, circling the tower-like man, opening its mouth wide and then sticking out its blood-red tongue, licking its sharp teeth, its whiskers twitching like steel needles, and its whole body shook twice. Its claws scratched the ground back and forth, growing impatient.
"Co on, you sick cat!"
Jiang Dali taunted the tiger with a gesture, laughing heartily under the fearful yet admiring stares of the dozen or so bandits.
The tiger, as if sensing the provocation, suddenly showed a wolfish green light in its eyes and emitted a trendous roar. The hillside itself seed to tremble, and amid the exclamations of the mountain bandits, it lunged out, baring its sharp teeth with its tail erect, charging at Jiang Dali.
In that instant, the ground trembled, branches cracked underfoot, and a fierce sll assaulted everyone’s senses.
Jiang Dali’s eyes narrowed, laughing heartily as he made his move.
In a flash, his figure seed to swell, his muscles bulging and his skin turning a shade of green tinged with a streak of gold.
With a sudden movent, his palm closed as if paying tribute to the Buddha, striking out at the charging tiger.
Great Vajra Palm—Respect Buddha!
A hum—
An intense montum burst forth instantly as Jiang Dali’s Inner Strength surged wildly.
In that mont, the vicious claw of the tiger struck first, landing on his body. The claw swiftly extended, and one could faintly perceive nails sharp and long, about ten centiters each.
A claw swipe like that would leave an ordinary person gutted and dead.
However, when the tiger’s claw struck down with a thump on Jiang Dali’s robust body, it only caused him to stagger slightly, clawing at him as if scraping against hard wood, rely breaking the surface of his skin.
At the sa ti, Jiang Dali’s palm ferociously struck the tiger’s head, his Great Vajra Palm power burst forth in an instant. An exceptionally fierce and vigorous energy surged out, unparalleled in its fierce montum.
Instantly, a miserable howl of the tiger echoed through the hillside.
The tiger, dazed by Jiang Dali’s palm strike, found its strength wane as it clawed out a second ti.
"Again!"
Jiang Dali roared with laughter, bracing against the tiger’s second claw as his right palm pushed out "rcy of the Buddha" at chest level.
This blow, where Inner Strength flowed in and out, was even fiercer and more relentless.
rcy of the Buddha is to deliver lonely spirits and wild ghosts!
In the mont that the palm struck, the air around seed to frantically flee.
The ferocious tiger felt an imnse pressure coming at it, unable to resist backing up, its tail sweeping through the bushes, making a rustling noise.
Bang!
Another agonized roar of the tiger resounded.
Under the injury, the tiger’s eyes flashed with an even more dangerous light, and hot air rushed from its nostrils. With a wide open jaw, it roared once more, the surrounding forest trembled, and the echo lingered, as it leapt once again at Jiang Dali.
"Vajra Bow!"
Jiang Dali bellowed wildly, striking down with a palm from above.
Boom—
Suddenly, it was as if a fierce wave of air exploded from thin air, like landslides and stone collapsing, evil waves clearing the sky, the energy was so strong it stirred in all directions.
In an instant, all of Jiang Dali’s Inner Qi was completely drained.
The pouncing tiger, struck by this fierce palm power, yowled miserably as it stumbled to the ground but still possessed an extrely tenacious Life Force, roaring wildly and lunging at Jiang Dali anew.
Swoosh—
Its tail whipped out like a copper whip.
"What incredible Life Force, but still courting death!"
Jiang Dali’s eyes flashed fiercely, his right hand drew his sword, a flash of Golden Light, and the Golden Nine-Ring cleaved down.
Humming—
The nine rings trembled lightly.
The tiger’s tail was severed with one slash.
The tiger howled piteously, stood upright on its hind legs, its front claws flailing at Jiang Dali.
"Die!"
Jiang Dali mustered his breath and swept and slashed sideways.
After several cuts.
The ground was awash with blood, the tiger lay dead with a whining sound, its stomach gently heaved twice, then there was silence.
"Huff—"
Looking at the body of the tiger on the ground, Jiang Dali breathed in nothing but the blood-stained evil energy of the surroundings, feeling his own blood boil even more and couldn’t help but roar with laughter, pulling out his flask and taking a hearty swig.
The dozen or so mountain bandits around watched with boiling blood, both fearful and respectful, their body hair erect for a long ti before settling.
Only when they saw the tiger was dead did they dare to tiptoe over, heavily complinting Jiang Dali.
"Alright, this evil tiger is dead, avenging our brothers who died in vain. Pick up the tiger’s carcass and take it back. Tonight, we feast on tiger at and celebrate with drinks!"
Jiang Dali gestured with a sweep of his hand, his attention focusing on the two prompts he had just received...
