Under the watchful eyes of a multitude of Players outside the cave,
the silhouettes of Jiang Dali and his three companions vanished inside the gate of Lingyun Cave.

Inside the cave, Jiang Dali paused in his step and glanced at the notification that popped up on the panel.
He felt as though a special force was being stimulated from his blood, quickening the flow of his blood and his heartbeat. The skin on his arms involuntarily began to show strange patterns of veins.
"Such a small amount of Qilin Blood would only be stimulated by the environntal factors here in Lingyun Cave, but still, it seems to have an effect."
Jiang Dali turned to look back at Nie Renwang and Murong Qingqing.
The huge bull horns on his helt nearly poked Nie Renwang in the eye.
"Be careful with that helt; it’s too much of a hindrance."
Nie Renwang dodged in annoyance.
"It won’t be in the way during the fight."
Jiang Dali glanced at Murong Qingqing, whose charming face had turned red and whose breathing seed a bit rushed, then at Nie Renwang, who appeared unaffected by the Red Fla. His gaze then fell on the Snow Blade in Nie Renwang’s hand, which emitted a soft glow.
Nie Renwang also realized sothing and turned to look at Murong Qingqing, then reached out with the blade towards her, "Try placing your hand on the flat of the blade."
After Murong Qingqing did as instructed, she sighed with relief, her complexion visibly improved, and she nodded apologetically to Jiang Dali and Nie Renwang, "Much better, sorry. Actually, it was still within my tolerance just now."
With that, she turned her attention to the Red Fla billowing like flowing fire outside the Qi Shield maintained by Bai Ting, and spoke with a shaken expression, "If it weren’t for Sect Hierarch Bai deploying the Divine Fire Technique to stop the Red Fla, I probably wouldn’t have lasted long."
Jiang Dali recalled the last ti he had entered Lingyun Cave and frowned, "The Qilin Fire Poison is probably concentrated only at the entrance and where the Fire Qilin really lives. It should be much less elsewhere. Let’s find a suitable place for the battle first."
"Hurry! Let’s move, my Power is depleting greatly."
Bai Ting gritted his teeth and shouted softly, his palms booming as Inner Strength transford into two fiery breaths that once again rged into the Qi Shields on both sides to reinforce the defense, with sweat pouring off his forehead like syrup.
"Let’s go!"
Jiang Dali shouted, taking the lead and swiftly moving forward.
Nie Renwang and Murong Qingqing quickly followed.
At this very mont,
Deep within Lingyun Cave, a burning fireball lay prostrate on the pitch-black ground, quietly ablaze.
Upon closer inspection, this was no re fireball, but a monstrous creature looming there, its dark red scales emitting a fiery blaze and a faint, mystical light.
A faint oppressive and horrific aura spread from its body.
Its every breath caused a fierce whirlwind, making the surrounding air tumble endlessly while maintaining a terrifyingly high temperature.
Inside the cave, all was quiet, save for the occasional sound of pebbles on the ground being heated and exploding.
Its eyes half-open, as if slumbering, it was unclear how long it had been.
Suddenly it opened its eyes, revealing a pair of all-black pupils filled with evil and corruption, like twin black holes with a flash of confusion passing through them.
An overwhelming pressure slowly began to brew and emanate from its body.
The air grew restless.
With a sudden move, it opened its mouth wide and let out a majestic low roar.
At the sa ti, several muffled roars responded, echoing through.
Several figures, bizarre and beastly yet humanoid, howled as they erged from dark corners, their bodies exuding an evil and bloodthirsty aura, their eyes even more blood-red.
Qilin Demons!
Swish, swish, swish—
These figures, as if receiving so command, deployed strange, distorted movent techniques and leapt out of the largest and most spacious cave.
...
"Roar! —"
The deep roars ford echoes, reverberating through various passages and spreading terror.
Hot winds rolled around, and the atmosphere suddenly beca oppressive.
"The Fire Qilin is awake!"
Jiang Dali paused, his gaze hardening as he looked ahead into the depths of the dark passage, his expression grave.
"Is that the roar of that beast!?"
Nie Renwang’s heart pounded wildly; his scalp tensed as if his hair was about to stand on end, his grip tightening on the Snow Blade.
Beside him, Bai Ting and Murong Qingqing were even more panic-stricken.
At the sound of the roar, they felt a dread emanating from deep within their lives and spirits, uncontrollable, heavy, as if a great stone was pressing down on them, very oppressive.
Fortunately, the surrounding Red Fla had already weakened considerably. Even without Bai Ting deploying the Divine Fire Technique to resist it, everyone could withstand it.
