Everyone tensed up, their ears perking as they readied to listen to the president.

"Humanity needs several pillars to keep our race afloat, invaluable individuals with abilities indispensable to the human race."

The president’s expression turned extrely stern as his gaze scanned through them. He announced, "And we need you guys to retrieve them."

Seth blinked, sighing. So here he thought they were going to be ordered to do so next-level mission...

The president could feel the disappointnt in their eyes. His expression still stoic, he continued, "You guys probably think this will be too easy."

The president said no more, sourcing a phone from his pocket. He dialed a number and began to call.

With a beep, it picked up, but the other end remained silent, waiting for orders.

"Bring her in."

With that, he ended the call...

Seth and the others glanced among each other, unsure of where this was leading.

Within minutes, clanks and clinks rang out from the door behind them as it slowly slid open, revealing a pair.

An elderly, robust man dressed in the USA military uniform, his left chest decorated with colorful dals and badges.

’Soone high level for sure,’ Seth thought as he moved his head slightly, resting his gaze on the figure trailing closely beside him.

Seeing them, he was even more confused. It was a girl about their age.

Dressed in a pure white flowing gown, her skin was dark olive, her hair a beautiful shade of silver. But what caught Seth’s attention the most was the piece of cloth used to cover her eyes.

Adding this with the fact that she held onto the helm of the elder’s clothes as though using it for direction, Seth concluded that she was blind.

She was led to stand right before them. After saluting the president, the elder was dismissed.

Seth’s gaze moved from the lady to the president, still unsure where this was all leading.

The president introduced her. "This is Trisha Moon, a highly valuable figure of the human race."

The lady, fiddling with the helm of her dress, bowed — but in the wrong direction.

Seeing this, the president chuckled. "Pardon her, she’s blind, you see."

The five nodded silently, unsure of what to say. Should they introduce themselves next? Or—

Fortunately, before they could overthink any longer, the president spoke. "Trisha’s value cos from her very rare and unseen high-grade precognition ability."

"I see." Seth’s gaze once more scanned the lady. Her value spoke for itself. With such an ability, it would be strange if she wasn’t seen as an indispensable asset.

The president turned to Trisha. "Little flower, can you tell us if those stars you saw in your revelation are sitting in this room?"

Trisha remained still for a few seconds, but her lips fird to a faint nervous smile, and she nodded.

Her slender, pristine hands reached to undo the knot of the piece of cloth behind her head.

And the pitch-black fabric loosened, revealing her eyes.

Seth and the others stared, inexplicably drawn into the depths of her mystical eyes.

Trisha had a pair of shimring arcane orbs for eyes. Mystical ancient runes seed to flicker in their mysterious depths, and as those eyes focused on them...

Seth and the others felt the sa sensation, as though they could hide nothing from those deep, unfathomable eyes.

It was as though the eyes themselves held all the secrets of the world...

Subconsciously their muscles tensed as they felt a faint scan wash over their beings. What was shocking — even as Awakeneds — they couldn’t resist.

Their wills couldn’t even sense the source of the scan... well, Seth did.

As a figure with the World Saint title, he could naturally sense that it wasn’t this young lady scanning them.

No, not by a long shot. After all, a Shackled being couldn’t even bear to co in contact with the will of an Awakened.

What was happening was that the very world itself was pulling information from their beings, just to relay it to her.

Seth’s eyes narrowed as he instinctively knew, "She’s like ..." The thought rang loud in Seth’s mind.

She definitely had an absurdly close relation with the very planet itself, probably owning a few titles similar to his World Saint title.

Trisha’s eyelids finally closed shut, and she tied the piece of black cloth back into place.

She pressed her lips silently as everyone awaited her response.

She finally spoke, her soft, soothing voice echoing through the room. "I see four great stars..."

She paused, then her face turned to Seth. Even if she supposedly wasn’t able to see, Seth still felt a gaze settle on him.

"And a Sun." Her lips moved as she bowed, cupping her fists toward Seth, startling everyone.

At this point, Seth couldn’t hold it in anymore. With furrowed brows, he asked, "What’s happening?"

The president seed out of it as he stared at Seth, his mind already churning with a few conclusions.

He rapidly connected the dots. Since Seth and the others cleared the first corruption zone and won humanity’s racial lamp...

He had always assud the figure who lit it had to be among them.

After all, the requirents were clear — no one without an Origin Soul could do so. Well, there was an exception, one he prayed wasn’t the case.

But with what Trisha relayed, could Seth be the Origin Soul bearer?

If so, humanity’s chance at winning this just soared higher. No one was more clear on the Origin Soul’s worth than him.

Sensing Seth’s burning curious gaze, he snapped out of his thoughts. He glanced at Trisha, who was still bowing, her hands cupped, her expression reverent.

He replied, "Trisha’s first vision about the human race was a sky filled to the brim with celestial bodies.

According to her, arrays of stars riddled the sky with their illuminated radiance. The day was neither day nor night, as the Sun and the Moon stood high in the sky.

Seven greater stars orbiting them, followed by the other stars."

The president paused, finally turning back to them. "In translation, these celestial bodies represent the vital talents of the human race.

And the seven greater stars will be the true great pillars of humanity, the backbone of our race." He emphasized, scanning his gaze through Uriel, Elaine, Jack, and Brandon.

"But the Sun and the Moon entail even more significant purpose. I’m not clear on what yet, since Trisha failed to communicate this part properly," the president finalized, staring right at Seth.

Seth frowned. This was bad news to him.

His eye twitched in annoyance. Now that this prophecy was out there, the higher-ups would refuse to leave him be, now that he had been designated the status of so sort of chosen one.

But in the end, he sighed. It wasn’t like he could rewrite the past.

"So you want us to go search for other stars or sothing?" Seth asked, completely disregarding the revelation just now.

The president smiled and nodded. "You’re not searching, you’re retrieving. And make no mistake, lads — this mission will be anything but easy."
