The military camp had already been fully inford about the incoming beast tide. However, contrary to what outsiders might expect, panic did not exist anywhere within the base. Soldiers continued preparing equipnt, reinforcing positions, and checking ammunition with disciplined calmness.
The atmosphere almost felt strangely peaceful.
The reason for that calmness was extrely simple.
Every soldier present continuously glanced toward the commander’s position with imnse trust, reverence, and excitent burning inside their eyes.
Victor stood at the center of the battlefield preparation zone while calmly observing the distant wilderness. His long hair swayed lightly beneath the cold wind while his purple eyes remained completely steady.
The soldiers who had fought alongside him before understood exactly what kind of existence he was.
They had witnessed impossible things happened around this young commander that day. They had seen him annihilate monsters that should have required entire military units to suppress. They had seen him continue fighting even after exhausting enough mana to kill ordinary mages several tis over.
Now that Victor had personally declared he could handle B Rank monsters, none of them doubted him anymore.
A female captain eventually approached him with visible admiration inside her eyes.
"Commander, is there anything you require us to do?" she asked respectfully.
Victor turned toward her before revealing a calm smile.
"Just stay safe."
The female captain felt her breathing stop for a mont after seeing that smile. Her heart imdiately began pounding uncontrollably within her chest while her face slowly reddened.
"I love him," she muttered absentmindedly.
Another nearby captain instantly smirked after hearing those dangerous words.
"You should not dare say that carelessly. If "She" discovers you are talking about her man like this, you will disappear without leaving behind even a corpse."
The female captain imdiately swallowed hard.
Her expression turned pale almost instantly.
The female captain quickly shook her head repeatedly.
"I was joking," she said nervously.
The surrounding officers rely laughed quietly before returning their attention toward Victor.
anwhile, Victor continued standing calmly while staring toward the distant wilderness. His hands rested casually inside his pockets while his expression remained completely relaxed.
It looked as though he was rely enjoying fresh air rather than preparing to confront a massive beast tide.
At that mont, Victor had already activated his mana sense.
After advancing into the Novice Rank, the range of his sensory abilities had increased dramatically. Previously, his mana perception could barely extend twenty ters around him.
Now, he could clearly sense everything within a hundred ter radius.

Thousands of monsters already covered the battlefield as corpses piled across the scorched ground. Despite continuously casting spells, Victor still appeared completely relaxed.
Eventually, he casually pulled out a mana potion before pretending to drink it.
The soldiers observing him imdiately revealed shocked expressions.

The soldiers below stared upward in complete disbelief.
Then the swords descended.
The glowing blades rained down like divine punishnt upon the monster horde. Every impact pierced through multiple monsters simultaneously while explosions of light erupted across the battlefield.
C Rank monsters that previously required entire squads to suppress were instantly shredded apart.
The battlefield transford into pure slaughter.
Victor maintained the spell continuously while calmly observing the destruction below.
Another fifteen minutes passed.
By now, the number of monsters Victor had killed already reached terrifying levels. Even veteran soldiers who had survived countless beast tides had never witnessed such overwhelming destruction from a single mage before.
Then suddenly, Victor sensed three terrifying auras approaching rapidly.
His eyes narrowed slightly.
The soldiers behind him unconsciously swallowed hard.
"Those presences..."
"B Rank monsters."
"Can the commander really fight them?"
Another soldier imdiately answered while staring at Victor’s calm expression.
"I do not know. But look at his face. He does not seem worried at all."
Suddenly, three enormous wolves erged from the wilderness.

Their deafening roars shook the entire battlefield violently.
Each wolf stood nearly ten ters tall while possessing bodies over thirty ters long. Black fur covered their massive fras while crimson eyes radiated murderous intent.
Victor began laughing instead.
"Hahaha. I have been waiting for you."
Excitent flashed within his eyes afterward.
"Now let witness the true power of my legendary spell."
He slowly raised his hand toward the sky.
Instantly, violent lightning erupted across the atmosphere.

The dark clouds above began shaking as enormous currents of electricity gathered together rapidly.
Then a gigantic eagle ford entirely from lightning erged above Victor.
The soldiers below stared upward speechlessly.
Victor had used this spell before, but never at full power.
Now, the lightning eagle continuously absorbed mana from Victor’s body while expanding rapidly. According to the spell description, the eagle should only reach thirty ters after consuming the complete mana reserves of a Legendary Mage.
However, Victor possessed Infinite Mana.
The eagle continued growing larger.
Thirty ters.
Thirty five.
Forty.
The surrounding soldiers watched with completely frozen expressions.
Victor quietly observed the spell while muttering thoughtfully.
"So thirty ters was never truly the limit."
The eagle finally stopped growing after reaching nearly fifty ters in length.
Victor nodded slightly.
"Fifty ters appears to be the limit."
The gigantic lightning eagle released a piercing screech before locking onto the three B Rank wolves below.
Then it attacked.

The battlefield exploded violently as the massive eagle clashed directly against the wolves.
The three wolves attacked together while unleashing devastating dark elental attacks. However, the lightning eagle moved with incredible agility while counterattacking relentlessly.
Explosions continuously erupted across the battlefield.
Lightning storms ravaged the ground while dark energy corrupted everything nearby.
The clash continued for five entire minutes.
Eventually, the wolves finally succeeded in destroying the lightning eagle after suffering severe injuries themselves. Their fur beca heavily charred while blood covered large portions of their bodies.
The three wolves looked toward Victor triumphantly afterward.
However, Victor rely smiled calmly again.
The next instant, another gigantic lightning eagle ford above him.
Then another.
Then another.
The soldiers behind Victor beca completely speechless.
"This is not battle anymore."
"This is bullying."
"How is the commander recovering mana fast enough for this?"
"What kind of monstrous talent can convert mana potions this efficiently?"
anwhile, the wolves finally began showing fear.
Several gigantic lightning eagles descended upon them simultaneously while unleashing devastating attacks from every direction.
The battlefield seed completely one sided.
However, just as the soldiers believed victory was guaranteed, the three wolves suddenly raised their heads toward the sky and roared together.

Dark energy instantly erupted from their bodies.
The atmosphere changed imdiately.
Victor’s smile slowly faded.
The soldiers behind him felt their hearts tremble instinctively.
"What is happening?"
"Why are their auras changing?"
The three wolves suddenly began rging together.
Dark flesh twisted violently while their bodies fused into a single enormous creature. Bones cracked while corrupted mana surged across the battlefield like a tidal wave.
Then an overwhelming aura exploded outward.
The soldiers instantly beca pale.
"That pressure..."
"A Rank."
The newly ford chira possessed three wolf heads connected to a single gigantic body. Black energy continuously leaked from its skin while crimson eyes glowed with terrifying intelligence.
Far away within the depths of the wilderness, several hooded figures silently observed the battlefield.
Dark robes concealed their appearances completely.
One of them slowly revealed a sinister grin.
"It succeeded."
Another figure laughed darkly afterward.
"Now let us see how this prodigy handles an Epic Monster."
