19 glimring Seeds of Chaos floated beside the bodies of the 19 Paragons as after a Temporal Inversion, their state returned to a ti before they ingested them and beca Incarnations of the Goliath of the Primordial Cosmos!
It was a mind bending ability that others could not even fathom, those watching feeling breathless as the ones who truly understood it all had somber expressions.
The scalp of the Hegemony of Necromancy tingled as he drew in a sharp breath, rely watching as Noah waved his hands and the Seeds of Chaos that could create Incarnations that far exceeded the power that Paragons could display..simply land on his hands as he looked at them curiously.

The field of battle turned silent.
Not a single soul moved as only the whirling Necrotic Ring of Death surrounding the Trillions within the Undead Legions that weren’t even mobilized made terrifying sounds.

The Seven Deadly Sins had long since received Noah’s command as they pulled back and watched the magisterial scene of his power without making any moves against the Undead Paragons they were facing.
The flas within Noah’s eye sockets blazed brightly as the essence of Chronos that was gushing from the expansive crimson-purple clock stopped montarily. The Temporal Halt and Inversion ca to a stop as the 19 Paragons all turned their eyes towards Noah with utter shock.
The 19 Seeds of Chaos that had seamlessly separated from their Origin floated in front of him as he looked at them calmly, his voice being the only thing ringing out in the vast chaotic void.
"I have saved you from the certain death that these terrible seeds of Origin Essence would have brought you."

As he handled a portion of Origin Essence from a genuine Hegemony, Noah spoke out simply towards the 19 Paragons that had their bones begin trembling with shock!
"Sothing like this is not the path to true power. With them, you would have beco re sacrificial lambs under the aims of soone else...it is not power!"
BOOOM!
His voice bood out majestically as even the Hegemonies watching from illusory screens from far away Universes or those that had appeared outside the boundary of the Necrotic Universe had their attention pulled in.
"Let show you true power...kneel and pledge Fealty to as I show you what true strength is!"

The 19 Paragons gazed towards Noah’s figure that stood above them with utter stupor, his figure seemingly covered with a brilliant white luster as a star of conquest shone above him majestically- making him look like an ancient primal being out of pure fantasy.
Their skeletal hands unconsciously reached out to him as after feeling his imnse power- after experiencing him actually inverting ti and bringing them back to before they ingested the ti bombs that would have shattered their Origins...their very essence seed to reach out towards him as when a certain prompt appeared in front of their eyes, they called out softly.
"I pledge Fealty to the Tyrannical Emperor..."

The star of conquest above Noah shone brightly as the 19 Seeds of Chaos before him were put away, the eyes of all beings witnessing the scene of him alone standing against 19 Paragons at the sa stage as him, stripping them of all their power...and then making them kneel as they pledged allegiance to him.

The hearts of many Hegemonies were jolted at this mont as a set of words appeared in their hearts, but they still couldn’t bring themselves to utter it out loud.
A set of words flowed through the minds of all Hegemonies!
It was a set of words, or more so a title, that was given to a being that absolutely stood over all other beings at the sa stage.
In the millions of years of recorded history of the Primordial Cosmos, existences given titles such as these were few and far between, with others claiming these titles only to lose them as they faced defeat soon after, and others not being able to keep their lives when they advanced to the Realms above.
At this point in ti, only two existences were still alive in the Primordial Cosmic who held a title such as this, these existences naly being the Oathkeeper...and the Goliath of the Primordial Cosmos!
Before they advanced to the Universal Realm, they were unrivaled in the level of Paragons as no beings in their universes or those that could cross the boundary of Universes could match them.
Now, as they looked at a being who stood against 19 Paragons that had ingested the Origin Essence of a Hegemony and showed power that far exceeded any bounds of Paragons...as they watched this being so seamlessly and easily take down all 19 of them at once as a second later, they were kneeling and pledging their fealty to him...this title rose in their hearts!

The Wings of Primordial Destiny of one of the Hegemonies outside of the boundary of the Necrotic Universe shone as an instant later, the magisterial figure of a golden haired existence with glimring wings appeared, his entrance brightening up the surroundings as his golden eyes gazed upon the figure of Noah and the shocking scene of 19 Paragons kneeling towards him.
What others could not utter, he could.
After all, he had obtained such a title in the past as well.
"Apex Paragon..."

Golden waves of destiny and fortune exploded out at the re ntion of this title, the surrounding Hegemonies turning their eyes to look at Oathkeeper with solemn expression before they returned to a being they had to now pay attention to!
The Apex Paragon!
In this era, he was the only one to rise and take this title as the Oathkeeper and the Goliath had long since lost it the mont they rose to beco Universal Realm Hegemonies.
But on this day, all of them saw the birth of a new Apex Paragon- of an existence that in the ranks of Paragons was unrivaled!
If he t any others of the sa rank, he could dispatch them with ease as his power was already edging towards that of a Hegemony!

The only other Apex Paragons to break through to the Universal Realm had beco 2 of three Existences that stood at the very top of power in the Primordial Cosmos.
The eyes of many powerful beings gazed upon the fearso figure of a being that had glorious white essence cascading down from a glimring star, an enormous clock thrumming with the essence of Chronos far above him as they wondered...just what would happen when this Apex Paragon achieved the Universal Realm as well?
