While an Apocryphal Antiquity was just born in the Liberated Universe, the Oathkeeper had pierced through the boundary of the Abyssal Universe as his figure looked like a shining white like cutting through the intense aura leaking out of the Universal Constructs.
His descent was actually brought to a halt briefly as when the Blue Sli advanced, its aura had spread out to even be felt within the Abyssal Universe!
This was because the Liberated and Abyssal Universes were the only 2 remaining with the Universal Constructs within them as they were the ones to continue the process of Amalgamation, the barriers between these two Universes already being extrely thin as they could disappear at any mont to allow for complete fusion.
A complete fusion of the Universes and constructs as it would an an apocalyptic event coming down!
But the Oathkeeper only stared at this briefly before he turned his attention to the figures of the Goliath and over 10 Hegemonies a few hundred miles away from him.
His body was currently receiving the essence of tens of Hegemonies that were outside of the boundary of the Abyssal Universe and could not pierce through the authority of a Hegemony as they didn't hold a Cosmic Treasure. The mana of all of these Universal Realm experts flowed through him as he breathed out calmly.
He looked at the figure of the being that he considered his friend for millions of years, at the black hole that was the Goliath as he tried to find out why and just understand! But there was nothing as the Sword of PRimordial Essence glimred, cutting apart the pressure resisting him as he warped and appeared right in front of the Goliath and the over 10 Hegemonies currently protecting the only other Universal Construct!
RUMBLE!
Pure Primordial Essence gushed out from his body as the Primordial Disk on the left hand and the Sword of Primordial Essence on the right hand swung down, the eyes of this being coldly looking towards the Goliath that had his figure erupting with the essence of extinction.
Two lifelong friends and backbones of the Primordial Cosmos aid their might at each other as those around them just seed like re extras!

At the sa ti, in the Dark Universe.
While holding on to the bubbling figure of the main body of the Blue Sli in his hands, Noah was releasing a burst of golden light all around him as millions of Marks of Antiquity continued to converge and rush towards his Origin.
He was looking into his Origin as he counted the number of Galaxies being transford into Dao Galaxies, this number actually being at 49 Billion at this mont!
It was all due to the fact that the other copies of the Blue Slis moving with Noah's subordinates had now reached the end point of their conquest of the remaining Universes, nearly all beings in the ranks of Paragon and below pledging Fealty to the Tyrannical Emperor.
With the hard work of his summons and subordinates...Noah could see a glorious goal being achieved in the next minute!
The total number of Dao Galaxies neared the 50 Billion number he needed as after a second passed, 1 million remained.
A few more seconds passed as a hundred thousand remained! 50,000! 25,000! 10,000! 100!
RUMBLE!
Noah's figure was in the skies above the stadium that showed the shocking events occurring in the Abyssal and Liberated Universe, but his subordinates were not focusing on this at the mont. Their eyes actually turned to the skies as Barbatos, the Emperor Penguin, Elena...all of those close to him gazed in his direction as they had begun to feel a unique aura that was less oppressive than the blue sli and yet unique on its own begin to rise.
The glorious color of gold surrounding Noah had expanded for miles as his seas of fortune and destiny churned brighty, a brilliant Mark of Antiquity coming down and smashing onto a Galaxy as this particular one caused a certain number to be hit.
50 Billion.
THRUM!
The mont this number was hit, golden lines of connection shot forth from all the newly added Dao Galaxies, going towards the normal galaxies as instantly, all Galaxies within Noah's Universe were connected!
This was the prerequisite for? Universal Seed, and Noah had now reached it in a spectacular fashion at that. 50 Billion Dao Galaxies and 50 Billion normal Galaxies. They all ca together at this mont as...a Universal seed ca to life.
As his Origin was condensed and pushed in and a golden seed ford!
Thereafter...this seed blood!
RUMBLE!
It shot out a vast array of colors as it illuminated everything, the glorious shine of crimson, gold, blue, white...an array of colors stretching out from Noah as a vast Universe expanded from his body.
It beca visible to all as when it manifested itself, those around him didn't feel pressure or terror...they just felt warmth!
The vast numbers of galaxies within this Universe were shining with multiple colors on one side and they were slightly dimr on another, but it was one of the most beautiful things anyone could see in the Dark Universe as a second later...Noah recalled all of it back.

"Finally."
His voice echoed out as it seed srizing to those that heard it, his eyes flashing brightly as within them...one could see a swirling Universe!
The Universal Realm!
Hegemony!

This shocking change didn't just occur to his main body as a second later, his Primordial Ruination Clone looking coldly at the despairing figures of the Hegemonies along with Chronos also began to shine with glorious color as the aura he released gradually changed.
It shot past the stages of a Paragon in but an instant as it blazed brightly, the corroded Hegemonies in the Ruination Sea being forced to look towards him in utter shock amidst their intense pain!
Within the chest of this Primordial Ruination Clone, there was also another change as a certain Cosmic Treasure received the essence of a Universal Realm expert.
Its owner had a drastic change in quality as from the Realm of Galactic Filant to Universal Realm, the functions this Cosmic Treasure could use were further enhanced!

The voice of the Cosmic Treasure reverberated in Noah's mind brilliantly.
