Noah's main body watched the appearance of his Primordial Ruination Clone along with the Blue Sli with calm eyes, a crimson object that was the Cosmic Treasure leaving the chest of his clone and landing onto his hands at this mont!
He held on tenderly to the Treasure as he spoke towards the bubbling figure of the Blue Sli that ca and sat on his head.
"What do you want to do with the rest of the Hegemonies of the Primordial Cosmos? If you want to devour them for their actions towards your Race…"

The bubbly Blue Sli was actually silent when Noah asked, only speaking out monts later with a low tone.
"What has occurred in the past can't be changed. I know the being responsible and have devoured nearly all of those that worked with him...and I'll also devour Chronos myself whenever you finish with him!"

"Besides, even though I lost all of my race...I was able to find you and everyone else...so it's ok."

The Blue Sli said the last words as they could barely be heard by those around him, seemingly embarrassed as the bubbly body remained still and closed its eyes above Noah's head!

Noah smiled towards the sli atop him as he shook his head, his heart feeling a sense of warmth he wouldn't have thought would co from an existence like this.
Seeing how the sli would budge no matter how much he poked, Noah left the embarrassed being alone and focused on what was on his hands.
He looked at the Cosmic Treasure with a sharp smile as his current essence of a being in the Universal Filant Realm flowed into it, the Cosmic Treasure buzzing with happiness as in a short period of ti... its Master had broken through two Realms!
From Galactic Filant to Universal Realm, and now into the Universal Filant Realm as when Noah entered this level...the Cosmic Treasure could be utilized even more as its features were expanded and enhanced to another level.
First off was the stupendous clone before Noah, it's strength being sothing he could hardly believe as it's boosts just continued to beco more and more imnse!

The capability to sacrifice one's own Universe for a genuine one, sothing that could only be made possible when Noah himself stepped into the Universal Filant Realm as it was only here when he could afford to sacrifice Universes!
What a fantastical treasure RUINATION was!
Noah had many thoughts when he first saw this ability, with an array of possibilities on how to utilize it. Many of these possibilities actually related more to his Universal Core!
There were a myriad of Treasures around Noah, as well as what one would consider his most prized possession, or what could be considered most unique.
When it ca to this...it actually wasn't the Cosmic Treasure RUINATION. It was definitely unique and overpowered by its own right, but there was another Cosmic Treasure at its level within this sa Primordial Cosmos.
But one thing that Noah hadn't found any others have and the thing that continued to uniquely advance without stopping...was the Universal Core of his Dark Universe!
The unique treasure that was once a floating Spiritual Land and had gone on to beco a Spiritual World and Galaxy, with Noah even granting it the term [Infinite] next to it due it's ceaseless possibilities of expansion.
Currently, this Unique Treasure was a Universe as after all this ti...Noah wanted to be able to see it advance into a Filant of Universes as it went towards becoming a Cosmos!
This was because one may not consciously think about it...but this unique treasure was also one of Noah's strongest weapons.
It still had the myriad of features of [Size Dilation], [Offensive Maneuvers], [World Integration], [Froze Barrier],[Assimilation]...and many more!
Due to extra caution and not really needing to, Noah had not been using the unique treasure as a weapon recently as if ever he did...the reality to play out would be a shocking one as even he didn't know what would happen.
If he condensed the entire Dark Universe into an object that could fit into his hands with Size Regulation and then used Offensive Maneuvers to throw an entire Universe onto an enemy as a weapon, just what would happen?!
Furthermore, when he upgraded it to a Universal Filant or even a Cosmos….just who would be able to withstand having an entire Cosmos thrown at them?
Could a being handle such a ridiculous concept?!
There were so many things and possibilities associated with this treasure that Noah couldn't wait to see how everything would play out, and he was making the moves to ensure he could see this future at this very mont.
One of the ways to upgrade the Universal Core was to introduce 100 Quintillion existences into it. The number had currently spilled over 60 Quintillion as Noah could go around the Primordial Cosmos to obtain the remaining amount whenever he wished, but there was also another way to go about this!
The first thod was the [Universal Budding] that had just appeared from the Cosmic Treasure....and then there was the thod that utilized the Primordial Cosmos!
