The bellow from Primordial caused everything in the nearby hundreds of thousands of light years to freeze, but the consciousness that had been snooping around was already gone as the glimring body of Aegon could be seen where the culprit disappeared.
His hand was outstretched towards a certain direction as he voiced out slowly.

A consciousness had actually been snooping near them without their knowledge, and it had been able to escape without being caught!

The magisterial air around the Primordial only beca more intense, the pressure even causing the body of Aegon to vibrate as his Runic Dao Lines all across his figure shone with increasing intensity.

He repeated again lightly as his long dark hair danced wildly, his sculpted figure looking extrely dominating as the heavy pressure in the surroundings reduced at this mont, the Primordial turning to glance towards him as she spoke coldly.
"Nothing is ever gone. Whatever was bold enough to co here...whether it is the consciousness of a Primordial Beast or an existence within this reality- they can forget getting off lightly!"

The voice of the Primordial was filled with majesty and confidence, the veiled figure within continuing to speak as her body began to light up with a myriad of colors.
"Even if they are gone at this mont, I can always go back to when they were here and grasp their traces…"
As she finished these words, she seed ready for sothing as she called out with utter regality in the next mont!

As a Primordial made a move in a far away location, Noah's small portion of soul was called back at a nigh instantaneous speed as it very quickly sank back into his Origin, beginning to fully grant him everything it had obtained.
And the content it had obtained...was truly sothing top stupendous!
Not a law or Dao...but sothing that was actually a fusion of a myriad of laws and Daos- a Nomological Edict!
Such a thing caused Noah's heart to beat wildly as he got a look at the tip of the iceberg of the strength of Primordials.
He didn't see any Runic Dao Lines on her body, but he did see an overabundance of them on an existence that was near her!
From their conversation, he picked up the na Aegon as he was very quickly reminded of Eckert- the Antiquity that shared his na and ntioned the possibility of Champions being grood by Primordials in the vast realities out there.
Noah Eckert- the Great Usurper, had actually told Noah he was likely to be a champion based on the treatnt he had just begun to receive, but as Noah saw the magisterial figure of Aegon right beside the Primordial and with his body filled with countless Runic Dao Tattoos swirling all over his body, he thought that this being looked like much more of a champion!
The sense of power between these two beings alone was horrendous as Noah didn't know if the current power he held was even a decimal percentage of theirs.
He had just seen the stupendous effects of Runic Dao Lines as the sheer percentages alone made him stupefied, but the being he saw had countless of such Dao Lines as it represented the Deconstruction and reconstruction of too many Daos!
And then...there was the Nomological Edict.
Samsara!
This was sothing even more sacred and ridiculous than the Deconstruction and reconstruction of Daos, and Noah could say this with confidence as he gained the knowledge his soul had obtained and changes began to occur within his very Origin.
Grand changes of laws and Daos...and even the eruption of new Daos he hadn't comprehended before!
He was most regretful that he was only capable of using 30 seconds of the Protagonist's Bookmark for this concept of a Nomological Edict, the full knowledge he now received telling him that due to this, he had only traversed 10% in this Nomological Edict.
But what did 10 entail? What did the Edict itself entail?!
The answer was right before Noah's eyes as he saw a brand new set of words appear in his Stat panel and before his eyes.
:: A Nomological Edict is a form of undeniable truth and authority that is birthed from the combination of laws and Daos. A Nomological Edict cannot be circumvented or stopped by anything, with the only possibility of deniability lying with another Edict. The Nomological Edict of Samsara is born from the combination of the Cosmic Daos of Reincarnation, Chronos, and Extinction, along with the Grand Dao of Destiny and laws of Fate, Life, Death, and Chaos. The seamless mixture of all these laws and Daos makes it possible for Samsara to co to fruition. When these Daos and Laws are fully fused together into a single thing, one achieves the full Edict of Samsara. With this Edict, an existence becos capable of binding their soul to their reality, capable of traversing its different ti points as they wish without creating Miniature Branching Realities, even in the face of death. With very few exceptions dealing with the involvent of other Edicts- as long as their reality remains, their soul will never perish. The traversal of ti can only be done backwards, with beings comprehending Samsara being capable of jumping forward to the ti point they already experienced before, but not to a future ti point they never experienced. Traversing to the past has a great cost in mana, and it covers the return to the future point that the Edict was initially used at as the return costs no mana. Along with this, any Nomological Edict grants its user a smoother pathway towards ●●●●●●●, granting them an increase in the speed of their Realm Progression by 1,000,000%, an increase of 10,000,000% to All Paraters, and increases the chances of Fusions of other Laws and Daos by 10% for the production of other Nomological Edicts. Current fusion of the laws and Daos for the Nomological Edict of Samsara : 10%
This was a Nomological Edict of Samsara! It was the combination of a myriad of Daos and Laws as there were two in particular that Noah had not even co in contact with before!

They were contained in the Nomological Edict, and now that Noah obtained it....he also obtained all the Daos within it!
