Chapter 1413 - I Will Shoulder the Burden!

Cecilia's confusion was never cleared as just like how her white Halo returned to spin around her, the crimson Halo also returned to its holder as the rged form of Hyperion and Noah could now be seen.
With the grandeur of the crimson Ascendancy Halo spinning around him, his entire body was lit up gloriously as one could see a majestic figure!
With a body light years in size as he was larger than multiple Universes, one could see a titanic humanoid figure that was entirely too radiant with waves of different colored flas circling all over his body!
Two golden horns reminiscent of the tusks of an elephant rose from his head as they put the deadly horns of dragons to sha, his hair waving wildly as one could see it perfectly split in half with white side being pristinely white and the other glimring entirely black with a stellar light.
On his back, two wings could be seen as they released terrific light and power- these wings being a coalescence of Flas of Edicts as they were the source of the roiling tendrils of Flas that constantly snaked across the body!
The upper body was laid bare as ancient Runic Tattoos covered it all around, and one could see the white skin painted with the light of billions of Universes. The lower body was adorned with obsidian pants that were entirely covered by burning golden flas, the very surroundings of this body shaking fearfully as the aura released was suprely terrifying!
On his head where the two golden horns sprouted, six eyes could be seen as they all represented Eyes of Power- the iris within each of the eyes shining with their own unique light that threatened to burn anything they gazed at.
With such a form bubbling with power and a crimson Ascendancy Halo surrounding him, the figure raised his head and bellowed out grandly, the waves of power causing the eyes of Cecilia to turn even sharper!
"OOOOOOOH!"
The surrounding quaked chaotically as an Emperor announced his arrival.
With a devilish smile appearing and his six eyes blinking with power, he proclaid his title to the whole Reality as his voice echoed out for countless light years.
"I…am…Nion!!!"
RUMBLE!

One could look at it as the combination between Noah and Hyperion, or they could look at the word itself as Nion also had the aning of lofty!
With a blazing spirit and baleful cylindrical flas of Edicts snaking across his body, this being bellowed out as Cecilia's gaze towards him was now dark.
"What is this?"
Her vibrant deanor was as powerful as always even now with her Realm suppressed, gazing questioningly towards Nion even though her verdict of him and everything else within this Reality was unchanged!
The newly unified being that proclaid him as Nion ignored Cecilia as he gazed at the crimson Ascendancy Halo swirling around him slowly, his Origin feeling a unique and wondrous sensation with this Halo as he raised his hands and willed- causing it to spin around him faster and faster as a bloody glow surrounded his titanic figure.
Those gazing up were in utter awe as Kazuhiko, Barbatos, Halcyon, the Emperor Penguin…many of those around him had their eyes shining with lights of pride and longing when they saw how far Noah had reached!
The glow around him intensified as after a certain period of ti, his boisterous laughter could be heard across the vast Seas of Ruination as the swirling Ascendancy Halo ca to a complete halt a mont later. It was then that Nion spoke out with a voice filled with ancientness and power.
"The Primordial has neglected her duty and promise as she wishes to bring apocalypse to this Reality…the duty of protection that she has neglected- I will shoulder it!"

The overseeing of a Reality!
This was a trendous duty that one could undertake with Erging Realities, and the prerequisite was for the one to undertake the duty to have an Ascendancy Halo to be capable of obtaining the authority.
Even then, it was extrely hard to gain the recognition of a Reality that wanted to passively protect itself- where Primordials were among the many Higher Existences who had high chances of being granted the unique authority that would go on to grant them passive generation of the Essence of Reality, with Primordials using unique ans of Champions and Systems to systematically protect multiple Realities!
The authority ca with unique perks but also restrictions- the main one being how much influence one could have over the masses of existences within the very Reality.
For the will of a Reality to recognize others, it was extrely hard if they didn't have the uniqueness of Primordials! But at this mont, Nion spoke out grandly.
He said he would shoulder the responsibility of protecting this Reality from Annihilation as the mont his words finished…
CAAAAAA!
A piercing cry rang out.
A cry of defiance and power as monts later, imnse shining lights of Authority moved across the vast Primordial and Ruination Seas- golden waves of light that just left the white Primordial Halo of Cecilia not too long ago now moving and surging towards the crimson Halo swirling around Nion!
As the blood Ascendancy Halo swirled around his devilish figure wreathed in coiling flas of Edicts, golden lights of imnse authority surged towards him as Nion looked like an ancient existence from Forgotten Realities that all others would follow with reverence.
The crimson Ascendancy Halo beca bathed in gold as before Nion's eyes, multiple prompt ssages rose up in a fantastical fashion!
WAA!
RUMBLE!
Stellar and exquisite ssages filled with wonder!
The Ascendancy Halo was a stellar and dictatorial achievent. The capability to allow one to obtain a unique authority to obtain passive generation of the Essence of Reality was just one of the perks.
Just what other domineering uses did it have?!
