And when considering the Lich's Armant of Devotion, another 700 Million Dinsional Defense Values covered Noah as weak Beta Strata LEGENDS...couldn't even touch him.
He didn't have to cast any extra ability or do anything as if soone's attack didn't reach over 1 Billion and then exceed that by hundreds of millions, they couldn't even touch a semblance of his hair!
