As soon as this was in place, Noah would be able to put together all the pieces and be granted the right to use this Undefined Authority!
And since this was the case, he focused on the completion of this final Dinsional Layer as Decuplicated Crimson Dinsional Reality Panaceas liquefied to grant their essence unto him, the seed of the Elysium Dinsional Reality already blood while fantastical halcyon cosmos ford.
This Layer had the sa color as the Dream Dinsion, and yet its halcyon grandeur didn't have the sandy feel of the Dream Dinsion- instead being very free flowing as if the color itself was simply pure light!
A light that would nourish one's aspects of existence and lead them onto the path that best suited them.
An essence that had a unique relationship with Providence as the two resonated greatly with each other!
The planar floor of this Dinsional Layer was a vastly stretching aurora of light, this aurora extending upwards as one couldn't differentiate a sky.
Amidst this surging halcyon aurora, golden Kainos Royal Elysium Cosmos ford en masse as their number already exceeded a few Trillion and continued scaling upwards.
While intently watching the formation of this Layer, Noah continued to monitor the changes of the previous Layer and make sure he wasn't missing any steps- his Will urging Ascendancy Stanchions and Dinsional Reality Passages to rise up between the Quantum and Fantasia Dinsional Layers as their upper tier was expanded yet again!

260 Cycles of the Quintessential Natural Born Infinite Mana Physique were completed as the number of Quintessential Dinsional Infinite Reality Passages reached a ridiculous number of 4,680 due to each cycle increasing the capacity by 18 Passages.
His Ascendancy Stanchions rose from a maximum of 2,000 to beco 3,000 as his Value Multiplier increased even more!
But forgetting all of these nurical details and what they signified for now…it was the last two prompts that caused Noah's gaze to beco cold.
In Reality, there were Irreversible Nexus Events that occurred and affected the Main Path and even extended to the countless Parallel Paths.
The Ancestors shackling Reality, OPPENHEIR splitting apart Reality, and Noah removing the Anchors from the Desolate Mausoleum were perfect examples of events that simply could not be reversed after they had occurred!
Now, Noah was crossing the threshold as with the formation of the final Dinsional Layer, it was considered a Quintessential Irreversible Nexus Event for him!
If he took and finished this step, he could not go back.
If this path was grand in the beginning but not viable towards the end, he couldn't just return across the spaceti continuum or do anything that could reverse what he was about to establish.

This was a prompt that might have carried a trendous weight for genius existences that had lived for millions or billions of years, making them take a pause to just fully grasp the brevity of their choices and actions and how they would affect them in the future.
Whether establishing a new path to follow was worth it when there were so many unknowns!
It was a prompt that could have created doubt in others and whether what they were doing was truly the path to follow!
Yet when the Quintessential Kainos Emperor saw it…

His Tyranny surged from the depths of his heart as fantastically, his very Soul cried out in grandiosity as the burning torrents of the Essence of thousands of Crimson Dinsional Reality Panaceas that were already multiplied by 10 through RUINATION…all of this essence was tyrannically and unbelievably devoured into his Ninth Dinsional Reality instantly.
Every single Decuplicated Crimson Dinsional Reality Panacea disappeared!
After the consumption of the Aeonic Soul Pills, Noah saw that the effect of these Panaceas were greatly expanded from the initial equivalency of being worth 100,000 Obsidian Dinsional Reality Panaceas- Noah being able to establish his Kainos Royal Elysium Cosmos with a reduced requirent as if he could approximate and quantify it, a single Crimson Dinsional Reality Panacea was granting him the equivalency of a range of 150,000-160,000 Obsidian Dinsional Reality Panaceas.
It was a massive and ridiculous increase in efficiency.
It was a change that would be enough to not make him wait a whole day until another cycle of the Infinite Forge ca!
But due to the range of equivalency ranging, all of the Crimson Dinsional Reality Panaceas would get Noah close to completing everything…but not all the way there!
So from his remaining few millions of All Source Enhancers…a vast majority also disappeared instantly from the command of a budding will of Tyranny reacting to the prompt of Quintessential Irreversible Nexus Events.
Until…
Everything stopped.
No more essence was taken into Noah's Origin.
There was nowhere for it to go before everything underwent reconstruction and rebirth!
This was because in a span of not microseconds or nanoseconds, but an instant- Noah had reacted tyrannically toward a prompt that questioned his resolve to continue on this path as he absorbed everything needed for the Ninth Dinsional Reality right then and there.
And in that instant…all 200 Trillion Kainos Royal Elysium Cosmos flourished.
