These rifts weren't normal openings of pockets of Vacuous Hyperversal Authority.
Extremity Ariana knew them very well as the potency they released confird for her that these were the very sa Vacuous Hyperversal Domain Rifts that ford in the extre edges of the Seven Havens!
They also ford in more dangerous regions across the Seven Havens, but the main thing about these crevices was that after one entered them, they could be transported outside of the jurisdiction of the Seven Havens!
If it were the massive established Vacuous Hyperversal Domain Rifts, one could enter them and still find their way back into the Seven Havens by returning to them.
They were stable.
The Vacuous Hyperversal Domain Rifts currently blooming all around…were filled with instability as if they would fade away any second.
If one entered any of these rifts, they would be spat out into an unfamiliar place in the Vacuous Hyperversal Domains as the mont the Rift closed…
their entry to the Seventh Realms was turned away!
They would have to cross outside the range of Space, ti, and reality until they found their way back to the Seven Havens!
