But none of them could continue to gain a source of Vitalis Hyperversal Authority freely. Otherwise, many of them would have undergone their First Vitalis Awakening.
This…was the case for the Nether Havens of Extremity anyway. The Supernal Havens of Extremity were much different as Vitalis was terd Havenly Authority by its inhabitants, and it could be accessed in these Haves much more freely!
It was why a great deal of their most powerful existences had undergone Vitalis Awakening.
And the four major powers within these Supernal Havens…were all tied to Lineages that had existences at the very top benefitting from those below them ascending towards and past the Gradations of Extremity.

After this initial burst, the inflow of Vitalis Hyperversal Authority beca slower, almost turning into a drizzle, but it continued to bathe Noah nonetheless.
The Havenly Authority he emanated beca even more potent as his presence could be mistaken for an esteed personage of the Hyperversal Extremity Stage!
And yet…he hadn't even undergone Apexification with his Main Body yet.

His eyes opened as he breathed out stellar brilliance, his gaze landing on his Vassals who currently had an average achievent of the 13th Boundary Layer after they utilized the Loot obtained from the Apex War that Noah had multiplied through RUINATION.
Their existences were currently being elevated and resonated with his Havenly Lineage as many of them had already begun converging boundaries to form their Absolute Dynamis of Extremity that they couldn't do before!
He didn't need to guide them for this.
The Havenly Lineage would do it all for him as a mont later, Noah's figure disappeared from this location and returned to where the Wealdian Council was gathered.
Dr. Hall had received his extracted Blood Source as he looked at it with imnse focus and marvel- his eyes burning with a shocking light as if he wanted to break down everything that made this singularity before him!
The figure of the Haven Lich was an Entity that stemd from Noah as its bony body was already crackling with a Havenly Authority, the massive Champions of Thanatos that were being constructed in the distance also beginning to pulse and transform in a maddening way!
Noah's Wealdian Sources of Extremity looked at him as all of them smiled devilishly, Noah's voice ringing out.
"It seems like all the parts of a diabolically quintessential virus have co together…let us design the first one."

With his eyes becoming imnsely sharp, Noah took out a Blood Source filled with Vitalis Hyperversal Authority and the Authority of Dissolution as he placed it in one hand, while his left hand pulsed with imnse darkness as Vacuous Hyperversal Authority rose!
All the pieces had fallen into place.
He had Vacuous Hyperversal Authority that he could hide within the folds of the Vitalis Hyperversal Authority. The forged virus would gain access into the body as Vitalis Hyperversal Authority, and after it was in…there was Noah's Blood Source to spread across the Records of the target.
What Noah had to do was edit the Blood Source to make sure the target wasn't granted a Havenly Lineage, with the clashing effects of Vitalis and Vacuous that would be released being allowed to infect and spread across the Records of this being!
This was his poison.
This was his virus.
The part of his soul that was Pathogenic Will shone as the Boundaries of Pathogenicity, Biochemistry, Epidemiology, Essensology, Pharmacology, and a few others were reigned in by Quintessence as Noah altered the quality and purpose of the particular Blood Source before him into sothing vile!
His Vacuous Hyperversal Authority ford into a sliver of nothingness that beca covered by heavy waves of Thanatos, Lotra, Quintessence, Manadynamics, and Infinity, followed by the altered Blood Source splitting apart and forming into tendrils of crimson gold light that also went to cover the sliver of Vacuous Hyperversal Authority!
And then…Primitive Vitalis Manipulation was utilized as Noah called forth a stream of pure Vitalis Hyperversal Authority to cover the concoction.
A thin layer of Thanatos, Lotra, Quintessence, Manadynamics, and Infinity along with his altered Blood Source separated Vacuous and Vitalis as the mont these barriers faded…a heavy clash would occur- and especially so if it was within the soul of an existence!
And as Noah's soul intricately controlled all of these pieces to co together…
