Tendrils of deeply cerulean light suddenly erged- these tendrils of light covered by a silent power and authority as within monts, it transford into an illusory figure of a handso young emperor.
He gazed around carefully with eyes burning with tendrils of blue light as he spoke with a hint of caution and serenity.
