This was the identity Noah had managed to discern with the elevated capabilities as the Weaver of Existence!
"Empress of the Existential Omniversal Orcanium Whales…Irene, is it? Is this the sa thing they did to your Omniverse? Does your title no longer matter?"
He felt a gap with the entrant of this new being here as he poked at it.
The Protectors were too powerful and reserved as not much could be gained by them currently.
But more information and weavings of the Commonwealth could be obtained if it was from beings like the one before him who seed to only be working under a certain directive from the Commonwealth!

"Emperor Osmont…as soon as I saw that title of Emperor in your distinction, I knew you were going to be trouble. You have an eye for quickly analyzing Existence, good for you. But I only see you bringing yourself and your people waves of trouble if you continue acting like this."
As she spoke, she moved back while tapping on the tablet in her hands.
From different ends of Cappadocia, the Synthetic Existences seed to have been stationed as at this mont, dazzling blue light began to flourish from different directions.
"As of right now, I will carry out my mission of raising one of the core areas of the Factions of this Omniverse under the light of the Commonwealth."

The mont her words finished, she pressed a few buttons on her glowing tablet.
And instantly, waves of cerulean light burst from different directions where the Synthetic Existences were- thin blue lines shooting out and converging towards the figure of the Empress of the Existential Omniversal Orcanium Whales, Irene!
Noah and Eckert observed silently, and an instant later, they began to observe a wondrous scene.
All around them were wisps of weavings of Omniversal Authorities.
Those more powerful, like Noah, could even sense the heavy but silent Autarchical Omniversal Authorities and the extension of their influence on everything.
At this mont, amidst the spread of dazzling waves of blue light, the makeup of these Omniversal Authorities began to fluctuate.
If a few million Existential Extremity Authorities were moving in a complex manner to make up an Omniversal Authority, sothing got on between their weavings as these few million Existential Extremity Authorities…multiplied.

The density of Existential Extremity Authorities in the surroundings instantly began to shoot up.
Space distorted and began to permanently expand!
Cappadocia…trembled before monts later, it began to undergo a process of expansion and enlargent as if it were the most natural thing in the world.
"Existential Terraforming."
Surrounded by blinding waves of blue light, Irene spoke out calmly.
"A Process of artificially expanding and increasing the breadth of Domains of Existence, and by extension- the Omniverse itself."

The countless lines moving together to form weavings of Omniversal Authorities multiplied again and again as an eruption of multicolored brilliance spread out!
And the figure of The Empress of the Existential Omniversal Orcanium Whales, Irene, lifted her hand up and released a gorgeous blue singularity that anchored itself in this expanding space- a singularity that pulled in all of the blue waves that were catalyzing the ongoing reaction as it soon began to sprout into a massive tree!
A tree whose trunk burst out of Cappadocia, its roots drinking the glow of the artificially expanded Omniversal Authorities and continuing its growth.
The roots curved around the massive Domain of Existence as if it were a globe, its roots wrapping around it for innurable light years as if a truly powerful being were to be looking from a far, far distance, they would see the blooming of a gorgeous ancient cerulean tree- and its roots were bulbous and wrapping around a vast globe that was a Domain of Existence!
And this sprouting tree was growing larger and larger, affecting everything around it as it continued to expand- growing bigger than any Existential Domain.
And with every expansion…
DUM!
It pulsed like a beating heart.
DUM!
And with every pulse…invisible strings of light were spread out for uncountable light years.
Strings.
Strings that ford into waves that disrupted the weavings of any Omniversal Authorities they ca across- doing sothing to catalyze a process that caused the breadth of the Existential Extremity Authorities all around to multiply, expand, and enlarge!
It was a shocking process as Noah's powerful will had spread out of his body within the changing Cappadocia and captured every ounce of change occurring all around based on what Irene had initiated.
Noah had found the first thing he had to fully study and replicate with the advent of the Protectors and forces of this unfathomable Commonwealth.
Sothing that could expand and accelerate the Source of Domains of Existence themselves.
And in extension…the Omniverse itself!
If he could obtain these ans and apply them to the Infinite Existential Omniversal Seed itself…
"This whole Omniverse is about to change in its entirety."
Back in the changing Cappadocia.
The Empress of the Existential Omniversal Orcanium Whales continued to speak from beside the trunk of the massive cerulean Tree whose waves were spreading out in the surroundings.
"Inclusion into the Commonwealth ans an influx population of Entities as powerful as you all will appear- and as the phases of the Existential Terraforming occur, the Purity of Existence of this Omniverse will be determined, and its Nectar of Existence…what should have been forming the simple Fruits of Existence for you all…will start to be harvested.
