Apart from the statues, the scene displayed throngs of millions upon millions of Entities cheering on seats that circled the massive Arena!
The figures of mainly Simians raised their hands while billowing out in exhilaration and excitent, and a booming voice echoed out alongside them.

The Viceroy…the governing body of the Commonwealth was rarely seen across the Omniverses, only making appearances within special Omniverses over the years.
Was this Omniverse that special? That even the Viceroy made his presence here?!
On the table showing the illusory scene of Nuntius Eshkeri, his visage turned towards the front of the Arena where at this ti, a golden sea unfurled.
A glorious golden sea that showed resplendent thrones on it- 9 thrones in total!
The central throne was slightly bigger than the rest as above it, a golden wheel spun while releasing waves of brilliance.
Not all the thrones were filled.
Beside the largest throne, the three thrones to the left and to the right were filled, leaving behind two empty ones!
On the central throne, a relatively young looking Simian could be seen seated, his face showing imasurable grace and power as an unfathomably few could even manage to look at his image for longer than a second.
He was draped in golden garnts, his figure that of a regal Simian with gold and purple fur.
His expression emanated boundless brilliance and benevolence as beside him, the other occupied thrones were seated with aged Royal Existential Omniversal Simians whose presence alone could press down on an entire Omniverse.
There was a woman to his right who was actually fully human, not an ounce of fur on her fair skin as a head full of golden white brilliance of hair draped past her shoulders.
Adorned in a white dress, her eyes were extrely sharp as they stared forth coldly.
To the left of the central throne, there was a Simian filled with silver white fur- an Entity that even the illusory screen couldn't show too well as Existence seed to be constantly distorting around him.

And all the other unique Entities occupying the other thrones…Noah looked at all of them as he confird with certainty.
None of these beings were remotely within the bounds of Autarchy or anything equivalent to it.
Their power had long since exceeded this stage!
