Within the galos Beyond.
A titanic eye gazed at the tout pulsing line stemming from Outerversal Morphon Ozymandias glowing purple and blue silently as its own millions of tendrils floated serenely with grace and majesty.
A successful search, selection, and binding of a Delegatus outside of the galos Beyond in the span of less than a Millionth of a gachronos.
Sothing like this may not hold any aning for others or carry trendous significance to those with a different type of knowledge.
The question was…the manner in which the newly born Outerversal Morphon achieved this feat.
The weavings of the Observer of Old and Young spread out as it stopped the voice of Outerversal Morphon Tabatha and the silent gaze of the Young Light Morphon.

Surrounded by stellar obsidian radiance, the eyes of the wings of the Outerversal Morphon Ozymandias pulsed as they reveled in the feedback of authority across the singular fishing line he had cast which connected to another part of himself.
Even though Outerversal Authority was flowing down into it, the size and power of Ozymandias here actually scaled upwards as well!

When Ozymandias looked at this closely, the first thing he noted was the high threshold of power for these beings.

The Nine halos behind him began to spin as at their very center, one thin tentacle after another began to form into a string- into fishing lines that exited the center of the last Halo and were cast down across the galos Beyond!
They streaked down with beauty and horror as they seed like tentacles seeking to latch onto the very weavings of Existence themselves.
And no sooner had they been cast down across the galos Beyond…

They began to shine with brilliant purple blue hue one after another.

Each one had found a Delegatus almost as quickly as they were cast!
Of course, every single one went directly towards the Infinite Omniverse as after he himself was branded as his own Delegatus, Noah wanted to test the extent of power and uniqueness of this Outerversal Authority as he directed the lines of connection to those who were already connected to him through his Lineage.
Finding them from the galos Beyond was the easiest thing.
He knew where every single one had their main bodies within the Infinite Omniverse as he started his tests with the Enders of Existence.
Hyperion was the first as his draconic elephantine eyes blazed with complex brilliance- feeling this new power from the depths of his Lineage as he didn't reject it.
The lines of connection then proceeded towards other Enders of Existence as their Legions were vast!
After them, there were Legions of Illusory Weavings and Records of Entities from eons past.
Each was moving about freely before monts later, a line of connection ca down and changed everything.
Within the galos Beyond, Ozymandias now had thousands of tout lines cast down from the center of his halos, his body being encased in brilliance as he began to enlarge rapidly.

The worm like visage of Outerversal Morphon Tabatha…began to tremble as her voice was barely heard.
