But its strength and values rose in large part due to his Conceptual System of Existence- with his terrifying Extres that were all rising towards the Ascendant Existential Extremity Authority stage or climbing up Phases of Ascendancy!
The ever expanding Infinite Omniverse and the Authorities it bound.
The ever radiant Quintessence and Infinity.
All of it had a part to play as when the values of the Conceptual System of Existence and the Outerversal Descent System of Existence increased, so would the status of his Atlas of Existence.
For Outerversal Descent, he had only established the initial connection as Noah could feel the Outerversal Authority of Ozymandias, but he didn't allow the full effects to course through the connection just yet!
Looking at the small Value under Outerversal Descent, the ti seed as ripe as any to see what power Delegatus were afforded after they agreed to be bound by Outerversal Morphons.
So Noah closed his eyes.
He felt the purple blue radiance of the unbreakable connection between him and Ozymandias. He felt the advancents Ozymandias had made, as well as the vast seas of Outerversal Authorities he held in his reserves.
And he then spoke calmly.
