This reality was made clear at this mont as a young humanoid entity calmly sat on a throne!
Others may not be able to see, but Noah's Sacred Primal Eye of Existence could observe a twinkling of countless golden strings around this being.

The vast Expanse was filled with countless strings that bound together and weaved Existence, and this entity actually set an Ordinance related to this as it made Noah contemplative.
At this very mont, another part of him in the expanse was studying the Blancverse Domain he had bound while gazing at the countless golden strings that made up the Expanse.
If he could manipulate them like Bob could…
Many thoughts were burning within his mind as when he ca across this Ordinance, her rely found it unique.
He knew that among his own Ordinances, there was one that could give him an answer and increased understanding towards strings.
Towards how they could all co together to weave existence.
But as for the oddity seated on the throne…

Records of Weavings- An entity unique in nature as he rose to prominence within his Domain at an early age. Noah nodded at the feedback and details of this being as he lived less Cycles than even Great Ones like Nietzsche in the galos Beyond, and yet his power almost reached their level- and in fact far stripped Great Ones like Savitar.
He was an entity worthy of his power as after he showed it off, many eyes did not wish to test him again so quickly.
There was one entity alone on a throne that has yet to be tested on whether he even deserved to be sitting there.
Many eyes ca towards the throne Noah sat on.
He sat there calmly as he gazed back towards these powerful entities, and he actually nodded as he waved his hands towards them!
"You all can definitely give it a try."

Bold words filled with confidence echoed out as at this ti, so entities could not hold back.
An Antediluvian Leviathan wreathed in black flas stepped forward, a scorching banner blooming above him as others stepped back while frowning.

The banner above him shone as he didn't move another step.
As an Entity at the Ordinance of Existence, he could attack anywhere in this small enclosed domain just by applying his Ordinance!
And he did just that as above Noah's throne, an obsidian flaming furnace blood and released apocalyptic lava-like tenebrous flas that could break down the complexity of existence itself.
They were so potent that they even burned and remained burning on the surrounding weavings of Existence!
They washed over the throne Noah sat on as…
|Huh?| Many of the observing Entities clicked their lips in disregard as if they had been fooled, because they didn't even see the being on the throne release his Ordinance to defend.
He wasn't even fast enough to activate his Ordinance, and they had actually been cautious of him?
And due to their exceedingly cautious nature…
SAA!
The obsidian flaming Leviathan already appeared ters away from the throne as he seed about to sit on it after he scorched the overconfident entity who sat before him.
But…
"What are you doing?"
HUUM!
In the middle of the burning Onyx flas of the Ordinance of Onyxfire, the visage of Noah still calmly sat on his throne as the burning flas spilling all around…didn't seem to be doing anything to him!

This eerie action instantly caused astonishnt to bloom in the eyes of the obsidian flaming Leviathan as he rapidly moved back.
|You…my Ordinance is imposed around your existence, its will must be imposed! You…you..!|
At the words of the Leviathan, Noah raised his hands wreathed in the burning flas that did absolutely nothing to him as he voiced out calmly.
"Why would your Ordinance have any effect on ?"
HUUM!
He could see the eyes and very core of existence of the Leviathan shaking when he said these words.
His body.
His being.
His very existence was surrounded by over 100 Ordinances!
Even without activating any of them, just the regal brilliance of his many Ordinances could offset and ignore average Ordinances.
Only those with truly deep complexity or unique Ordinances could even force him to make a move.
He shook his head as he entirely denied the very Ordinance of Existence of this being.
"The complexity of your Existence is far too simple to affect . Don't even bother."

He waved his hand dismissively.
And the terrifying obsidian flas around him were pushed away and extinguished as if they never existed.

The gazes of many changed.
They looked at this being who had a seemingly simple disposition as they beca imnsely serious!
On the other throne, the figure of the Viceroy turned his eyes extrely sharp as he voiced out his intent only to the Protectors around him.

He asked lightly.
If he probed his weavings just a bit more, he would have co to rember that he had actually seen this being before in an Arena!
But at that ti, he had disregarded all those within the newly discovered Omniverse as nobody within was prevalent enough for him to even taint the mories of his records.
So he asked.
And a Protector around him opened his eyes in shock as he replied.

Today, he sat on a throne similar to its young Viceroy as his visage ca under scrutiny!
