Now reading: Chapter 4157 Who Do You Represent? I from Infinite Mana In The Apocalypse, a Action novel by Adui.

The man held a rake whose tines had been worn smooth by use.

The woman carried a hoe whose blade had been sharpened so many tis it had changed shape.

Both had white-blue hair that seed to contain the color of sky just before dawn, that liminal mont when night admitted defeat but day hadn't quite claid victory.

The mont they appeared, others materialized beside them…all wearing similar farr's clothing, all carrying tools of cultivation rather than destruction!

Seven more figures resolved from possibility into presence, until nine stood in total above the gathering of existence's most powerful beings.

And the mont all nine had fully manifested, a calm and clear aura billowed out from each of them.

The power that radiated from these simply-dressed figures didn't assault reality or challenge other authorities!

It simply was, with the patient certainty of seasons changing, of seeds growing, of harvest inevitably following planting.

Yet that patient certainty carried weight…a fucking heavy weight!

It felt grand in its simplicity. It felt like harvest in its inevitability. And undoubtedly, unmistakably, impossibly…it exceeded one quadrillion.

One quadrillion. Each of them!

The marker of a Young Early Creature, multiplied nine tis, standing in farr's clothes above a gathering that had thought itself the pinnacle of power!

What was most shocking wasn't just the magnitude but the nature of their power.

Five of the nine entities showed no Living Existential Authority at all, marking them clearly as Fold Dwellers…beings who had achieved impossible height without becoming Living Existences, who had remained purely themselves while transcending what themselves ant.

Among the other four, the variety was telling.

One radiated the authority of a Living Concept.

Another bore the signature of a Living Origin.

The third existed as a Living Paradox. The fourth thrumd with the power of a Living Quantum!

Yet despite these different natures, they all seed to co from the sa place, shaped by the sa philosophy, united in purpose that transcended their individual authorities.

From among the twins, the man raised his rake with the casual gesture of soone about to make a point in friendly conversation.

When he spoke, his voice bood out!

"It seems Fold Dwellers were not invited to this exclusive eting. We sincerely hope it won't be an intrusion to now appear."

HUUM!

The words carried no threat, no challenge, no demand.

They were simply observation and hope, stated with the patience of farrs who understood that so things couldn't be rushed, that proper timing mattered more than force.

Down below, beings who had thought themselves at the apex of existence gazed upward in astonishnt.

Noah remained seated with Sigrid still positioned on his lap, but his eyes had sharpened to points of interest that could have cut through veils between realities!

These were most likely Fold Dwellers from the Wandering Territories…beings who had achieved Early Creature level power while maintaining their original natures, who had found a different path to transcendence!

The legacy of…The First Farr!

Oh!

---

Legacy.

Once sothing was gone…what exactly did it leave behind?

Such a question was hard to answer, but there was a conversation that took place in the Earliest Folds which talked about what a truly important sothing left behind…once it was gone.

It was a conversation between THE Living Emotive and…THE Living Paradox!

Back then.

THE Living Emotive stood before bars that weren't physical but conceptual, barriers made from the idea of containnt rather than any material that could be broken.

Behind those bars, THE Living Paradox existed in its state of eternal imprisonnt…punishnt for actions that had reshaped existence itself.

The Emotive's form rippled with colors that had no nas, each hue representing a different emotional state cycling through its being.

But at this mont, those colors had settled into sothing approaching calm..not the absence of emotion but the presence of all emotions in perfect, terrible balance.

"You seem peaceful," THE Living Paradox observed, its voice holding the particular quality of being both question and statent.

"Has THE Living Emotive finally let go? Finally accepted what is?"

The Emotive considered this, its form shifting through spectrums of feeling before settling on sothing that might have been acceptance.

"Don't worry about . I ca to ask you sothing today. THE Living Order ceased because of you," it said, the words carrying no accusation, just observation. "How does that feel? What will existence be without Order? What will it leave behind?"

HUUM!

Laughter erupted from the imprisoned Paradox…not re sound but the concept of amusent given voice.

"Is Order really Order if it collapses? Perhaps it was never ant to spread. Perhaps existence was ant to be…without Order."

The laughter continued, growing darker, more certain.

"If Order ever resurfaces, existence itself may inherently oppose it. Is existence not ant to be chaotic? Filled with ever-increasing wonder and disorder? Order is the anomaly, not chaos. Order is the mistake that reality occasionally makes before correcting itself."

THE Living Emotive listened to this philosophy with perfect stillness, processing the implications of existence that might be fundantally opposed to structure.

Then, with simplicity that cut through all the complexity, it responded.

"I see."

THE Living Paradox's attention sharpened at this acceptance, and when it spoke again, its voice carried a different quality…anticipation mixed with ancient wariness.

"What of you, though? Out of all of us, I was always most cautious of you. I knew the day you snapped would be terrifying beyond asure. Have you snapped yet? Or are your emotions... still ordered?"

…!

The question buzzed in the space between them like a blade waiting to fall.

THE Living Emotive's form began to shift, colors deepening and brightening simultaneously, creating patterns that shouldn't have been able to coexist.

Then it smiled…an expression that shouldn't have been possible on a being made of pure emotion, yet there it was, dangerous and beautiful and terrible all at once.

"Did you not just say the nature of existence was disorder?" The smile widened, becoming sothing that made even Paradox shine. "So you tell …what state is my existence now? That of order, or disorder?"

HUUM!

The question reversed everything, turned philosophy into weapon, made THE Living Paradox confront its own logic.

If existence was truly ant to be chaotic, then THE Living Emotive embracing chaos wouldn't be snapping…it would be achieving its proper state.

But if emotions without order were truly terrifying, then perhaps Order had more value than Paradox claid.

Against such a question, THE Living Paradox did not reply…and only smiled devilishly!

The silence stretched between them, heavy with implications that would take eons to fully unpack.

In that prison outside normal existence, two fundantal forces of existence played a ga whose rules were themselves part of the ga, whose victory conditions changed depending on who was winning.

It was unknown how that conversation ended!

Another question that was never answered…was exactly what legacy THE Living Order left behind.
