building block.
For any actions related to Mana utilization, for any expressions of Hunger across Observable Existence, he would benefit and automatically collect fractional essence.
It was Taxation on the scale of Existence itself, and he didn't even
need to actively do anything beyond maintaining his Primordial Civilization's frawork!
The realization painted vivid picture of just how terrifying mature Primordial Civilizations truly were.
