Now reading: Chapter 4450 Duty III from Infinite Mana In The Apocalypse, a Action novel by Adui.

The weight of accumulated power pressed down upon the Avatar's advantage and began to negate it through sheer volu.

And the Blue Sli couldn't help but laugh with bubbly joy inside his armor as he knew his Master had 2 Million hidden within the body of Ozymandias...and he had only revealed a fraction of available forces!

When exactly 100,000 Primus Inevitabilities blotted the skies of the Desiccated Sleeping Shore and surrounded the Avatar in perfect formation, the scene was both glorious and horror-inducing simultaneously.

The powerful air of the Avatar was completely eclipsed, with only the light of Primus Mana and Hunger being

present...obsidian-blue-and-gold radiance that painted over the paradoxical authority the Avatar had been exuding.

This mont was absolute!

The Primus Inevitabilities of Mana and Hunger gazed down upon the Avatar with unified focus, their crimson eyes creating constellation of hostile intent.

In the hands of each one rested blade and shield similar to what the armored body of the Master was holding...hollow blades with Primordial Fireballs spinning within, shields inscribed with Primus Mana Arcana Glyphs. Just slightly less bright than the Master's weapons, but multiplied by 100,000...

The combined light was blinding.

At such mont...

The Blue Sli trembled with excitent as he saw the Civilizational Armor of his Master pulse with activity. Tentacles blood from it to form into glorious Primus Inevitability beside his Master rather than around him.

The one who had introduced himself as Protos and who had fused with the Master!

Protos appeared grandly and already looked taller and bigger than all other Primus Inevitabilities...as if his fusion with Noah had elevated him beyond his brethren.

At this mont, Protos raised his shield high as he bellowed with a voice that carried across entire domain.

"What do we fight for?!"

HUUM!

The next scene made the Blue Sli's existence tremble with vicarious pride.

All 100,000 Primus Inevitabilities raised their shields grandly in synchronized motion...the sound of 100,000 obsidian-gold shields being raised creating thunderous percussion.

They answered with unified voice that seed to shake reality itself.

"We fight for Mana! We fight for Hunger! We fight for the Primordial Civilization that birthed us!"

...!

The eyes of the Blue Sli sparkled inside his armor as he saw Protos raise his sword next and speak with a booming voice that carried the weight of absolute conviction.

"What is our duty?!"

...!

Duty.

What was their duty?

The Blue Sli found himself contemplating this question alongside the Primus Inevitabilities, his gelatinous form rippling with introspection.

The Primus Inevitabilities answered with synchronized voices once

more.

"Our duty is to serve the Primordial Civilization without hesitation! Our duty is to defend the Master's light without reservation! Our duty is to devour all obstacles that stand before our frawork! We do not question! We do not falter! We do not cease! Our duty is absolute! We are the Blades and Shields, and our purpose is singular- the triumph of Mana and Hunger across all of existence!"

BOOM!

The Blue Sli heard their resonant answer as he found his own existence trembling with recognition.

He asked himself.

What is MY duty?

He had t the Master what felt like so long ago...back when things were simpler, when powers were modest, when the scope of ambition

was limited to survival.

He was a summon of the Master, a tool initially created to serve

specific function.

What was his duty?

And as he pondered this, Protos asked next question.

"What is our purpose?!"

...!

The gaze of the Avatar had beco entirely heavy at this mont...the arrogance replaced by sothing approaching genuine concern as he

recognized the coordinated threat surrounding him.

The Primus Inevitabilities bellowed out their purpose with

synchronized precision.

"Our purpose is the advancent of the Primordial Civilization! Our purpose is the protection of those we serve! Our purpose is the

consumption of all that opposes us! We exist to fight! We exist to defend! We exist to devour!"

At such mont, the Blue Sli felt sense of euphoria blooming within his gelatinous form as Protos floated forward and stood gloriously tall without any trace of fear.

His massive form looked down upon the Avatar...who despite

possessing 1.5 Sextillion in power, now appeared less intimidating when surrounded by 100,000 beings who each wielded Civilizational

Authority without hesitation.

Protos said once more with voice carrying weight of final question

before action.

"What is our duty?!"

This ti, the Blue Sli felt his existence truly buzzing as when he truly asked himself, his duty... was to give back to the Master.

To defend the Master after all he continued to give to him and many

others.

To serve not because he was compelled, but because he chose to serve soone worthy of service.

So this ti, as the Primus Inevitabilities replied with their booming

voices, the Blue Sli joined them in their declaration as he also

raised his sword through his armor's limbs.

"Our duty is to the Master! Our duty is to the Civilization! Our duty is

absolute and infinite!"

...!

And shockingly, he wasn't the only one.

He could see the Emperor Penguin raising his armored sword,

Kazuhiko joining the chorus, Lilith's blade rising, Titano's massive form adding its voice, Erikson participating despite his usual reserve, and many others also raising their swords and bellowing out the sa declaration of duty like the Primus Inevitabilities!

Original mbers of Noah's weavings had found their duty alongside the newly born Inevitabilities...a unified purpose transcending origin or length of service!

Existence trembled and beca completely silent in the next mont

as all symphonies ceased.

All chorus ceased.

There was only Protos pointing his sword down toward the Avatar as

he said with cold finality.

"An enemy of the Master is before you. Fulfill. Your. Duty."

...!

The glorious mont that followed would be seared into the Blue Sli's mory for as long as he lived.

All Primus Inevitabilities lit up with obsidian-blue-and-gold waves of power simultaneously...100,000 beings activating their capabilities in perfect synchronization.

They swung their hollow swords down with unified motion, and from each blade, countless Primordial Fireballs blood outward. The Blue Sli watched in slow motion as each Primus Inevitability

released at least 1 Million condensed miniaturized Fireballs with their single swing.

Each Fireball burned with concentrated Mana and Hunger, each one capable of devastating territories if allowed to detonate fully. 100,000 Primus Inevitabilities.

1 Million Fireballs each.

100 Billion Primordial Fireballs surging toward a lone Avatar.

The sight was beyond spectacular...it was cataclysmic. The sky beca wall of obsidian-blue-and-gold fire descending with inexorable purpose.

All of it surged toward the lone Avatar whose expression had beco

heavy with recognition of what he faced.

He howled out and began to surge with Civilizational Authority of

Paradox....his 1.5 Sextillion power manifesting fully as paradoxical light erupted around him.

But even as he activated his full strength, even as he deployed whatever defensive asures his projection allowed... 100 Billion Primordial Fireballs continued their descent. The Blue Sli looked at all of this with ecstasy, his entire existence

feeling sense of fervor as he repeated words of his own duty to his

Master.

Duty.

Yes. This was his Duty.

In Master's grand erging Civilization, he would witness all the

wonders as he carried out his duty.

He would serve with loyalty that transcended simple obligation. He

would fight with conviction born from choice rather than compulsion.

This was his Duty!

And as the Fireballs descended and the Avatar prepared for impact that would test the limits of his projected form...

The Blue Sli felt his gelatinous form pulse with glory! Officium. Duty.

Duty was not chains. Duty was not burden.

Duty was choice...choice to serve sothing worthy of service, choice

to fight for those worthy of protection, choice to devour for

Civilization worthy of growth. And his Duty was to the Master.

For as long as he lived. BOOM!
