In the Infinite Unfurling, in a region that had beco a battlefield between two incomprehensible forces, the ongoing clashes of THE Civilizational Authority of Hunger and THE Civilizational Authority of Origin continued to reshape reality itself.
The surroundings had been transford into a war zone of conceptual forces. Massive white-gold glyphs perfectly aligned with Origin floated and rotated through collapsed space. Each glyph was the size of small moons, radiating concentrated authority.
Opposite them, obsidian-crimson glyphs aligned with Hunger raged with equal intensity. They devoured space around them while simultaneously creating it, forming paradoxical voids.
All of these glyphs radiated the unmistakable light of Singularity-level Principles being actively expressed, with a light of other Principles that seed…even more disastrous than Singularity-level!
The Principles of Existence were fundantally the equations that described how reality operated at its deepest levels. They procedurally outlined how existence functioned, providing the underlying code.
And THE entities were the ones who could utilize such Principles with the greatest freedom and masterful precision.
Even at this mont of intense confrontation, the actual physical bodies of THE First Hunger and THE Living Origin could not even be directly observed by normal perception. Everything around them for tens of Gigaparsecs was composed of twisting expressions of existence itself.
Their Ways of Existence were being expressed in pure opposition against each other, warping reality through sheer authority.
If any weak entity appeared in these Gigaparsecs where their Ways were actively exerting themselves, they would be crushed to fundantal dust in less than a picosecond. And weak here was defined as anything below THE Civilizational Scale.
Even Pre-THE entities would be obliterated instantly.
And yet, in the midst of this terrifying battle of them expressing their Sovereignties and utilizing Principles to defy and manipulate surrounding existence to their tactical advantage, both of these overwhelming entities suddenly ca to an abrupt stop.
The storm of authority ceased its escalation.
Tor and THE Living Origin reappeared in visible form amidst the terrifying maelstrom of their exerted Ways. They looked at each other with eyes shining with sudden realization.
Tor spoke first with voice carrying urgency mixed with anger.
“The Barrier of protection I placed around my junior has just been activated,” he said with tension building in his tone. “aning another THE fucker has found and engaged him, which happened as a direct consequence of your actions.”
His expression darkened considerably.
“Before I get suprely serious and genuinely pissed off beyond reason, where exactly is my junior? Because for to still not be able to sense his general location, there would have to be so form of environntal instability creating interference…”
His eyes widened with dawning comprehension.
“Oh you fucking bitch,” he said with disbelief coloring his words.
As if he had suddenly figured out exactly what she had done, Tor shook his head with incredulous anger.
“You left him in the Unstable Genesis Domains?” he said with voice rising. “You dumb-”
“I know the direct route and the quickest path to reach his location,” THE Living Origin’s voice echoed out with unusual urgency, cutting off his insult. “Just follow imdiately.”
At this critical mont, these two terrifying entities who had been locked in combat began to sort out the miscommunication they had put themselves into. They began actively correcting their mistake.
It was always acceptable to make a mistake in the flow of existence. But one simply had to take responsibility and rectify it before consequences beca irreversible.
The figure of THE First Hunger snorted with frustrated acknowledgnt. But when THE Living Origin transford into a streak of white-gold light and shot toward a specific direction with desperate speed, he simply followed without further argunt.
As the two entities moved in the sa direction at incomprehensible velocity, the voice of THE First Hunger could still be heard echoing across space.
“If he dies because of you, I am definitely skinning you alive slowly and eating you piece by piece over an extended ti,” he said with voice carrying absolute conviction in the threat.
A heavy promise of retribution was made.
THE Living Origin did not pay any attention to the threat and only accelerated faster. Existence itself peeled away from them like endless waves and strings being systematically manipulated as they moved at speeds that lesser entities could not even begin to comprehend.

Entities that had obtained THE distinction were faster than anyone without that classification could understand through experience.
Noah knew this fundantal truth firsthand from observation. He knew with absolute certainty that he could not outrun the entity that was currently pursuing him with predatory intent.
It was not even truly a chase in the traditional sense. Because a chase required one party to be actively pursuing another with so possibility of escape. And he knew he would be getting caught unfathomably soon without intervention.
So at the very mont that he had prepared for the activation of THE Barrier of Hunger, he had already begun moving deliberately toward a specific direction where he was hatching a desperate plan for survival.
There were already multiple calculated possibilities forming in his mind of how this dire situation could potentially be navigated. And even though there existed the comfortable possibility of being rescued by Tor or THE Living Origin arriving to intervene, those were not outcos he could reasonably entertain or depend upon.
Because at the end of existence, one ultimately had to struggle for themselves. One had to fight for their own survival first and foremost. One could not simply sit around passively hoping that others would consistently co to their defense and save them from every threat.
So he had formulated a plan and was already surging with maximum speed toward the destination he had selected. And when he received the first devastating strike from THE Maelstrom Thundermane, he strategically used the terrifying force that did not even belong to his own power.
Force from an entity far stronger than himself, redirected through THE Barrier of Hunger.
He used that montum to cross untold distances and nearly arrive at the specific region he desperately needed to reach.
It was a region that he had crossed not too long ago during his exploration. A place he had deliberately steered clear of because of the imnse sense of existential danger that it projected.
A region where even entities possessing the power of THE Surface Depth of Absolute Sovereignty would think carefully twice before delving into its depths. It truly felt that catastrophically dangerous!
